Hop Inn Hotel Makati Avenue Manila

This is my second time me and my husband staying here , all is good , clean, and sanitized

But compared when we stayed here the first time, this is worst coz in 5ft floor u can smell smoke like someone just smoke in the aisle plus I got my rhinitis got triggered from the smell of the floor , unlike our firstime we stayed in 8 floor it was cleaned no foul smell very quite, I didn't have complained.. I don't like to tell who are the people check in at 5flr at that time but they are not very hygiene , next time please don't mixed your guest on those , unresponsible guest ... I also know that there is this family needed to changed floor because of the smoke smelling at that time..... Thank you👍✌️

I like the staff who always smile and greets you whenever you bump one of them. Happy they always give you a bottled water just to think of its price rate, you can simply wonder how affordable for this price range. And yes, its surrounding area gives you pleasant morning if you are ok with the hustling and bustling of this city. Overall we are very happy in our stay and looking forward to another booking in this hotel.

Our room is very clean and comfy. No issue with the AC its very cold in the room and nice view at the street window. You can see the whole bright golden yellow lights in the rockwell area at night in our 6th flr. Room just great view nothing special. You can have a Grab delivery in the lobby, so convienient and very fast delivery service within metro manila.

I like the room, clean and same with the bathroom, shower is working well.

Too much noise around, the firetruck was too noisy. The bedsheet has black stain, good thing I bought my own cover for the pillows and thin sheet for the bed. My only request is they have to replace the sheets when a guest check out, add a bathroom tissue too. I worked as a housekeeping too and I always make sure that there is Xtra tissue and bathsoap in every room.

We have already stayed at Hop Inn Makati twice in less than a month — the first time was before we flew out for a three-week international trip, and the second one was when we came back before finally heading home. And it was the right decision too as we were well-rested before our flight out of Manila while coming back, it helped us deal with the jet lag. The relatively big room is comfortably cool (not too warm or too chilly). The bed was clean and cozy. There was a desk, chair and safe. The bathroom is spacious as well. The staff was very accommodating and responded promptly to our inquiries.

Now this is no biggie but we would’ve appreciated it if they allowed us to check-in early, especially during our second stay as we were so tired from our flight. We had to wait a couple of hours both times before we could finally go up to our room. Although we really appreciated it when they granted our late check-out request. There were a lot of other guests waiting at the lobby as well. Some even had to wait standing up due to the lack of seating as mandated by physical distancing.

So far the cleanest hotel in the Philippines. Good location, helpful staff, comfortable and simple rooms, good shower. Basically it gives You all that You need.

Someone was constantly smoking in the corridor, staff could be more strict to enforcing no smoking rules. I extended my stay once, but didn't want to extend more because of that smoker.

The staff, front Desk no Consideration at all, i know check in Time is 2pm we arrived 3 hours early but after 1 hour i ask if we can Go to room now as im with senior sitezen as they can see He need to Lay down , but They didn't consider it!.SO HE END UP LAYING DOWN IN THERE LOUNGE which is Not Looking good but what can we Do his very very Tired. So atless Put a receptionist with Brain and consideration!

Inexpensive yet clean! i had asked to switch rooms since the room I was first in is kinda warm even if the AC temperature is set at 16 degrees. Quick action and assistance. They can be easily reached through viber which is great!

The room where I transferred to is still a bit warm even if the AC settings is correct and at 16-18. the AC was also leaking woke up and almost slipper because of the water leak.

extremely clean and the rooms smell great!

saw extremely small tiny ants walking around constantly, but I guess it must be because of the environment. however didn’t really effect anything with our stay. overall was a great hotel for the price to stay at and very clean compared to some other hotels nearby. better off going with this one if you are a clean person who likes to live in comfort

I enjoyed my stay in Hop Inn hotel and will surely come back. Just one negative,more or less is that the ac couldn’t be set to a higher stand, as it stook a long time to make the room cooler, it would be nice if come back from a day of sightseeing and your all warmed up to come in a cooler room

Bed is comfy and nice. The hotel staffs are great and polite. Price is great and not to mention it is close to my friends house. It is also close to all the amenities I require and there's a coffee shop at the ground floor.

Location is not great as I can hear the traffic from below. And since the place was at the intersection, I can hear all the cars honking every now and then and I can not concentrate on my work.
