ACE Hotel and Suites

Staff are acommodating. Breakfast was exceptional. Location is very near to all.

After adding one paid guest to the room, additional toiletries , towel and water was not provided. That they need to ask me after we checked out that if it was added cause they looked for an extra towel from us. I did not bother to ask but every guest expect it . But the staff apologized. Hope it will never happen again not only but to all guests.

The food is excellent! The housekeeping and Concierge are courteous. Buffet staff are attentive. Booking is not a hassle.

Limited use of Water Spa and their supplies like spa towels even if you stay more than a day as hotel guests. Even if we stayed for two nights and three days, we only had one complimentary ticket, and then we got to use their blue towels. Then the next day, we paid separately since we already used the complimentary ticket, and we were not given towels at once because they said we were considered walk-in guests for the Spa (though we are still considered hotel guests). We almost beg to provide us with towels, so we don't need to go back to our room to get towels and waste more time. Since already spend a lot of time waiting in long lines.

I love the water spa facility - it is clean and well-maintained. We also like the room as it is spacious. They also have a lot of selections in the breakfast buffet.

Overall, the staff of the hotel are very nice, friendly and courteous except for the lifeguard on duty on April 2, 2023. I believe there is a better and polite way of telling/reminding guests of the rules in the spa. He sounds like he is reprimanding the guests. Also, he is using a piece of paper or card board to fan himself while on duty. He is even pulling his shirt to fan his self which I think does not look professional. Suggest to also add a lifeguard particularly assigned in the pool area. We only saw 1 lifeguard for the entire spa facility.

As first-time visitors, we are very happy about the warm assistance we received. From the crew to the front desk officer, her name was "She" was very accommodating. We got an upgrade with the kitchenette with microwave, mini ref and some utensils. The spa experience was awesome, and make sure to follow the protocols needed; they also have available for rent swimwear in case you forgot to bring yours. The buffet was very filling, and I wish they had more vegetarian options.

Going to the spa and pool is a bit confusing at first, but it was ok. You just have to use the back door. Also, I would suggest putting a closure on the curtains to make sure people won't accidentally open them. Also, using the therapy options in the pool make take a while, as some guest really like to stay longer

I like the indoor pool, the temperature was just right. The air and water pressure in the pool massages our body and you can feel relaxed. The swimming pool area was not so crowded so you can go around there freely. It's good that there were lockers so you can securely place your things before you go swimming.

The bed in deluxe Queen room was small for two persons with one child but still nice and comfy. In Breakfast buffet, I thought that the child was included already, so I paid additional charge for adult rate coz my son was tall enough to be in kids rate 😊 although he was only 10yrs old.

We picked this hotel only because we wanted to be near our friends in Pasig. This hotel stood out from the rest in the area because of the spa. Excellent buffet breakfast, spacious air conditioned rooms, helpful 24hr/7 staff, nice view of city from window and of course complimentary use of spa - what more do you want.

can't remember negatives, but we didn't have many specific needs other than comfortable stay for couple of nights

The spa was great and truly relaxing. Breakfast buffet was delicious and of good value though very limited.

Parking staff was not helpful. We were told a slip from the concierge is required so that we didnt have to pay the fee since we were guests at the hotel. Staff were unable to assist us like other hotels when situations like this happen and insisted that we park again and go back up the reception to get the slip.

The room was worth the price, so tidy. We love the complimentary water spa, enjoyed it so much. The breakfast was superb, delicious and so many choices of food.

Bathroom shower is out if order but it was temporarily replaced with removable shower head.

we like the thermal pool. my son had a fun time and so is our yaya. even though we stayed overnight only we were relaxed because of the herbal spa and pool

i saw a baby cockroach in our CR. before in other hotels if we will request for a late check out theres no additional charge so we just opted to go out on time. the food was okay

The rooms are big enough for a family. The receptionist are all very accommodating. The guards are helpful. The room accommodation comes with a complimentary breakfast for 2 and we enjoyed the free entrance to the spa/. And they have free parking for the guest
