Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, an IHG Hotel

Almost everything I liked. The room was bigger than I expected, as well as the bathroom. I even liked the phone in the bathroom haha staff was amazingly friendly and helpful towards the quest. I recommend this hotel, especially the King Premier Room. The rooms are also noise proof even when there were other guests with children in the room next door (or it was the children of their visitors). 10 minutes walk to SM Megamall. I did not try to pool, so I won't say anything about that.

Just a suggestion: place better and more visible signs pointing to the correct hallways to the mall. The sign of the 4th floor is hidden behind a corner wall. The sign that is visible does not state the direction of the mall entrance. And on the third floor we also couldn't find it.

Terrible Western restaurant for buffet dinner: so incredibly bad. ( unbelievable for a supposedly good hotel) - charged such a high price ( I invited 2 guests for dinner , so it was 4 of us) - it was so embarrassing ' cold food, poor quality seafood. Poorly cooked. I complained, + got given a 50% duscount But it still meant my guests had to eat poor food. Bit our lunch at their Chinese restaurant was very good. Was given an old looking 'tired' room. On our 2nd visit in 12 days, we were promised a refurbished room- but it was still an old tired looking room.. liked the space though.

Booked an overnight stay at Crowne Plaza Galleria to cap off my family's first overseas trip/holiday since the start of the pandemic. Checked in to our room and thought that it was just really hot in Manila and that it will take time for the aircon to cool the room. Unfortunately, after an hour it was still very hot inside the room so I decided to talk outside to feel if the rest of the building is similar to our room or colder. It was way colder outside by the corridor and main areas. I called up the front desk hotline and said that they will send someone to check. After 15 mins, i decided to call again as my kids were already not in a good mood. The person on the other line and said he will send someone. After 30mins, no one ever came to our room so I decided to go to the lobby. There were two female staff at the front desk which was weird because the person who i spoke to on the phone to the front desk was a guy. I told Anna who was at the front desk at that time my situation with the room. I dreaded that her response would be the same as the person on the phone but what she did next was phenomenal. She looked at the computer then accompanied me and my daughter to a similar room on a different floor to see if it has better air conditioning. Indeed it did. So Anna told us that our family can move to this room instead and she will also help us fetch my wife and my younger daughter in our old room. Upon arriving in our old room Anna felt the warmth and apologized non-stop for the inconvenience caused to our family. We really appreciated Anna's gesture of taking quick action to our issue vs asking us to keep waiting. She is the perfect example of what gives a hotel its star ratings. Our family enjoyed the rest of our stay till our flight back to Singapore the next day. We will come again thanks to Anna!

I told the receptionist during check in about my IHG membership. He said that I am unable to get any points because I booked using booking.com. Also this is a well know hotel, air conditioning for every room should be working properly.

The Concierge and the Check-In Reception staff were fast, efficient and they even mentioned that I'm an IHG member. There is an air purifier machine near our door. The room is great, cozy and very spacious with very wide and tall mirror reaching the ceiling infront of the spacious working area and king-sized bed. The mirror in the comfort mirror is also very wide and tall. That is aside from the big tall mirror on the side of the entrance area. The working area fits 2 persons but still with ample space. Since the very big TV is also on the working area, I was able to use the TV as my second screen for my computer. Crowne Plaza was gracious enough grant my request for another office ergonomic chair for my husband. And what they offered was an EXECUTIVE CHAIR! It has a leather seat with separate small seat to put up your feet and look at the glass wall overlooking the outside view. The king bed and 4 pillows are comfy enough for a comfortable seat. You can ask for additional supply of bottled water. The internet connection is strong and unlimited regardless of how many cellphones and laptops. This is, I think my 3rd time at Crowne Plaza and I'm always satisfied with their Service. What I also like in this hotel, I can do my shopping without walking on the street.

Bravo to the staff for being genuinely warm and quick to assist. Special mention goes to the pleasant lady who checked us in, the person who facilitated our laundry request and the staff of 7 Corners for being attentive. The people are the hotel's best assets. The room was amazing - very clean and big. We were given Rm. 1011 that had a good city view and the pool below. The room had a ceiling to floor window.

We stayed for 4 dyas and 3 nights. I love the breakfast.. good food.. always looking forward. We had our media noche in seven corners.. Servers were pleasant and accomodating.. room was clean and neat. I like they have dedicated room for smokers

Very poor service..esp the room service. Shortages in staffing as it took an hour for the. to deliver 1 bucket of ice and slippers. Waiting area should have atleast couch or sofa for the guest.

All the staff at he Hotel were very efficcient and super friendly especially the reception staff. Room Housekeeping went above and beyond to cater for every request. WELL DONE !!!!!

Breakfast wait staff were great however the food choices did not really cater for the western pallet leaning more towards the local taste which is understandable . but what the food generally was well cooked and super clean.

The air conditioning in my room was cooling like crazy and can't be adjusted from the screen at the wall. I called tech support, two guys came, did something with it but no success, next day I called again, came other guy, trying to adjust my monitor, same story, finally he says he is not familiar with the system. So all my stay I was pulling key card out of the slot-machine to keep power and AC off.

The hotel is really clean even if it's a little old. There are alcohol dispensers everywhere in common areas. The housekeeping staff does a great job of keeping the common areas and rooms clean. The staff is polite and always ready to offer help. Food deliveries (pickup at the lobby only) are allowed since the room service isn't available for 24 hours, but you can also go to the mall next door for food and errands since there's access on the 4th floor. The gym and pool are open to hotel visitors, too. The hotel also caters to quarantine guests, but they use different elevators and entrance access from business and leisure guests, which is assuring. But what I like best here are the direct access to the next-door mall, Robinsons Galleria; restaurants with buffet meals at the hotel; and the room's bathtub.

The corridor carpet smells a bit musty, and there isn't a lot of staff on duty. It takes a while for the phone at the front desk to be picked up, which I understand since I've seen only one staff on duty except on Sunday. Restaurant reservations must be made through the front desk, so it took several attempts to make our reservation. It's best to make yours upon check in. The bed is soft, and the pillows, too soft. Also, sadly, I couldn't earn points as an IHG rewards member from my Booking.com reservation. Maybe Booking.com can fix this, lest I book directly using the IHG app next time.

The staffs are helpful, accomodating and friendly

The elevator always broken down and dusty inside the room. Place needs some renovation bit old. Needs to have table and also laundry service was too expensive for each piece or item.
