Staff are absolutely excellent. Polite and attentive. The housekeeping/cleaning is exceptional, cannot fault them. Bed comfy. Room size large, plenty of space. Room cleaned daily if wanted. Breakfast, I gave it a miss after first day and bought local fruit and yogurt. Location is good, but there are no ‘local/public’ beaches, all beaches are owned by the big resorts that you pay to go into for the day. I felt safe in this area, the locals are fabulous and friendly. Good coffee shops.

Shower could be hotter, only Luke warm. Air conditioner noisy, had on fan only during the night to enable sleep, but then room did become rather hot.

I highly recommend this hotel rooms are clean comfortable I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel it's more like a home staff are the best I have experienced in a very long time I was meant to stay for 2 nights and have stayed for 10 and will find it very hard to leave Do you self a favour and book here you will not regret it

Tv not working bad signal, noise people outside, the bathroom is so bad just beside with the toilet

Second stay and excellent service as always. Staff here are always amazing. Rooms are big and comfortable with a kitchen. It's a great hotel for a short stay.

Nothing that the hotel can do about it, but it got very noisy at 7am on a Sunday morning when the neighbors decided they wanted to blast out awful window rattling local-style trance music. Am surprised that the other local residents living in the surrounding buildings didn't complain to local authorities. Ordered continental breakfast the final morning but received 2 slices of toast and a banana instead.

I like the service of the staff. They were all very courteous, helpful and friendly. I like the room. It was spacious and had the things I needed. I requested for an iron and they brought it in my room. It cost me $2 to use it. The location was great. Right across 7/11. It's just 2 min walk from McDonald's and about 5 min from Jolibee. There are plenty of places to eat at Al Fresco Market which is also less than 5 min walk from the hotel. It's also next to the bus stop going to Cebu City center if you want to ride public transportation. Otherwise, it's easy to get a taxi or Grab since it's along a major street.

well, nothing went wrong.Place was clean, bed comfortable.pretty quiet. Wifi was good. Staff helpful and cheerful. Thats about all you need really. Its pitched as a kind of budget priced travelling type place and makes a good job of it. Just make sure you are awake before crossing the road outside!!

Love everything about Sebastien...Will definitely rebook this hotel as I travel to Maribago frequently for work. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity so never have to travel too far away. Their breakfast options are great too and these are delivered to your rooms.

Breakfast is pre-arranged daily but they forgot my breakfast at 7am on the day I checked out so I ended up travelling on an empty stomach.

Very good nice staff room service was good breakfast ok The only problem I have was no cooking utensils no microwave that was missing for a long stay Please make sure not to false advertise cooking utensils for long staying guests
