BE Resort Mactan

it’s a beachfront, the scenery from our room is breathtaking. It has 1 pool for adults and kids. If not for the hot humid weather, there’s a mall that is walking distance though most of the stores are still closed bec of Covid n the storm they went through. it has also a function room for events. 2 restaurants inside the resort

although it’s clean. the hotel needs to be maintained and updated. they need to provide better towels those towels were old or overused even the pillows. although I enjoyed the breakfast that comes with my package for 5 nts. it should have more selection and different everyday.

The breakfast was very nice, a little different every day so you dont get bored, and all was prepared fresh and tasteful, lotys of varieties to choose from, and as soon as we arrived in the dining room, someone always came to the table and offered fresh coffee to begin with! My friend wanted hot chocolate, and that was delivered quickly. Every morning the staff remembered us, and had our desires already for us when we arrived! The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh all the time. The view was stunning over the ocean....

A couple minuses though. When we arrived one elevator was out of service, but it was repaired after a few days. There was a construction going on next doors, which of course is not a fault of BE Resorts. The work stopped around 4Pm anyway, so no problem for our accommodation. But one thing i really did not like, was how trash collected on the beach was taken care of: a deep hole was dug in the sand and trash was thrown down, and then covered with sand.... This is a very bad procedure, trash should be taken away with regular garbage and not put in the ground.

The hotel is relaxing and beach and amenities are clean.

I dont like that children are not included free for breakfast

Rooms and amenities available at hotel were great. The billiards tables, gym and floating playground were great amenities at the hotel. Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The New Year's Eve celebration and fireworks were great!

They only had 1 restaurant option at the hotel.While breakfast buffet was excellent, the wait time for food to come for dinner was very long. Wait staff was nice, but we waited over 1 hour for our dinner to be served, but it may be because it was a holiday. Also, the floating playground on the water was fun for the kids, but we felt sorry for the lifeguard. We wish they had a shaded booth for the lifeguard to wait under since the lifeguards are standing there all day to help the guests, and there is no natural shade at all to stand or sit at in that area. I hope management will be kind to the lifeguards who were very kind to the guests.

Your staff were all amazing and my mom had a great time celebrating her 60th birthday..

They should at least focus to the beach because it needs a proper cleaning..! You have a great beach but it just need more attention. My family and I prefer to swim in the beach but because there’s so much seaweeds we didn’t able to swim..!! Front desk was a little bit rude when they didn’t give us extra towels for my kids!!

Everything. We read some reviews before hand and decided to only book one night to check it out. We arrived and ended up staying here the whole time, the photos are as it looks. Staff are amazing and very helpful, service is quick. Restaurant is beautiful with beautiful food, not expensive but normal price for food back home and totally worth it. We arrived on Saturday and they had a DJ in the bar area which was stunning, the Sunday night they held a movie night on their private beach. Pool is nice, everything works in the gym, beach is nice.

Staff are very courteous and attentive to our needs. They have exceeded my expectations.

Breakfast buffet needs variety. I stayed for 5 days and I felt like there wasn't variation to some stations. Served the same clear broth and congee for 5 days, the potato wedges also appeared for 5 days, the "crunchy hotdog" the chorizo and chicken tocino were just switching. Also I was working at my desk almost the entire time and it was challegning to not have a chair without back rest. I requested and they said that there wasn't available in the hotel even just a monoblock. There was no slippers and carpet was about a little sticky walking barefoot.

Absolutely amazing staff & crew! Very warmth and welcoming. Everything is great from service, facilities, experience and all. Only thing is that location next to a event's place venue kinda off. You can hear everything from the other side. But still an amazing experience to be. I think the staff there are the strong points for me. Amazing people from Cebu. Especially the ones from The Deck! Which don't wanna miss to chill every night. Special mention to Joebert & Randy from the bar. And Jesselee from the Salt. You guys delivered way above and beyond! Kudos to all!
