Great location, great value for money. The staff were lovely throughout my stay, and they kept the rooms/ common areas very clean. It's about 1 minute from the beach - you literally walk through an alleyway almost opposite the hotel and you're on the beach. The staff can help you book all the island hopping tours, which are about $20 per day per person for a full day of snorkeling with lunch. I advise you don't eat the food - I and many other people got food poisoning on my tour. Bring a sandwich from a local shop. Besides that though, the tours are brilliant and fantastic value for money.

The whole local area is affected by brown-outs, so the AC/ power is off for 20-30 mins at a time, but the hotel uses a generator so most stuff stays on. There was only one prolonged period during which the power was out during my stay, but it wasn't a problem, and the staff were helpful throughout. There's really nothing the hotel can do about this besides using a backup generator, which they already do. The wifi, as in all the other bars/ restaurants/ hotels in the area, is quite poor. However, just out and to the left of the hotel, there's a cafe with a balcony overlooking the beach which has Starlink (Elon Musk's satellite internet), which has very fast speeds. So if you need to work, that's the place to be. There are tons of nomads/ Westerners there doing exactly that.

The location is great because is really close to the center also in a quiet location. The room is clean and cleaning was made every day. The staff is helpful, we had good price at the tours, also they arrange transportation at a good price;

The rooms is quite small; in the bathroom everything gets wet when you shower, a curtain or a separation would be great; during our 4 night stay the towels weren't changed; the aircon is really noisy and is directed to the bed; we used the fan more as it was more bearable; our rooms was just across the reception so it was more noisy in the morning;

Breakfast was not included in the price I paid. I didn't use, or even try their wifi because my mobile data did fine. They provided a water heater/kettle when I requested that I needed a hot water when I'd arrive at past 3am, but they did not provide a bottled water. I don't use tap water to boil for my tea or coffee. The room was okay for me, it was clean, the bedsheets and towels were new and pristine white clean, but I don't usually use hotel towels, I bring my own. I appreciated there were a number of hangers. I had a comfortable 2 night-sleep, good hot and cold shower. A quiet place. I immediately recommended it to someone.

Better if there was a welcome bottled water, or a piece of tea bag, or even a single sachet of coffee because that's what's needed upon arrival, you know, and things often we forget to bring. They may offer this as an option for guests willing to shell off a few bucks for convenience.

Amazing value for money! El Nido is quite expensive and when we decided to stay for longer we moved to this hotel as it was cheaper. Wished we’d of booked our whole stay here as it was such good value and amazingly clean. Staff cleaned the room EVERY DAY and we had clean sheets. The staff were friendly and our room was super cute! Good location, just down from the main strip of shops but slightly quieter that being in the middle of the town.

We had a few ants but that is the norm for most rooms we’ve stayed in in the Philippines. I would advise not to eat in your room so as not to attract them.

I liked the workers, all courteous and ready to help you with any questions and information you need. The location is very good for those who like silence as it is away from the movement and loud music at night. Excellent!

But during the day and until 9:00 pm it was so intense in a construction on the side that it was impossible any extra rest. The place needs a lot of maintenance, a lot of broken things, in my room the air conditioning was falling water on the floor and wet my backpack that was just below, report the problem but I've been 5 more days with the same problem. Also be aware if you need an extra cover you have to pay, basic things like this that should be included in the price they don't provide.

This inn is a great value accommodation in El Nido town. I stayed here for the New Year's holidays, and it was a great choice. The accommodation is in El Nido town, at the end of one of the main roads, so it is within walking distance to every place in town, but away from the crowded and noisy areas (there are two clubs in town), so there is no noise at night. It is a quiet and safe area at night. And just in front of this place, there is a great coffee place with views to the bay and full breakfast options. The rooms are good and simple enough, with a good bathroom and hot water shower, and good wifi. And the best thing is for sure the staff and the service: very attentive housekeeping, daily change of sheets and towels and most helpful staff. I suggested this place to some of my friends who were tired of the crowded places in town, so I highly recommend to everyone coming to El Nido, I would definitely stay here again!

The staff were very amicable and helpful. They helped us organise boat tours and took care of all of the details. The rooms are spacious and clean. Unlimited filtered drinking water is included in the price of the room. We liked the location because it is a short walk from the city centre but far enough to offer a peaceful stay.

The wifi connection was poor. We were very disappointed with the van service from Puerto Princesa offered by the hotel. The van was nearly 2 hours late in picking us up and leaving for El Nido. We ended up arriving much later than we had hoped and lost the afternoon. The service offered by the hotel is more expensive than other hotels or getting a van on your own so we were quite disappointed with the outcome. The hotel did nothing more than apologise once we finally arrived.

I would highly recommend the place, staff are genuinely helpful, the resort is 50meters in front of the beach, room you should choose will be in their main building so you will see the front beach. The rate has a very good value. No TV inside the room however the place is well maintained, rooms are clean, and you will feel comfortable staying here. In addition, this place is in the town and you can walk around looking for great restaurants to dine. We have enjoyed our honeymoon and looking forward to visit again soon.

We stayed for more than one week, and staff are very friendly and helpful when we are asking information about where to eat or how much the transportation costs. They also clean the room every other day. What I also like is that the inn is just a walking distance to the town's restaurants but was on the quiet area at night.

The wifi inside the room is a bit slow, so we go up to their lounge whenever we "work-from-home".

Good location and quiet enough. Within walking distance to the dock for the tours. Kind staff.

Basic amenities absent - no toiletry organizer in the shower area, no drying rack (but was eventually provided on our last night) Evening and morning Staff had miscommunication on our tour reservation and we ended up having to scramble for a tour ourselves. They also couldn’t arrange airport transfer for my friend coming from ENI airport. She was told to walk instead for 10 minutes to find a tricycle. I suggest they increase their partner tour operators.
