Location - it is nearby shops and near the waiting area for the tours. Room - it is cleaned after 2 days of our stay. New sheet, new pillow and clean room. I salute the staff for doing such a great job. Clean - the room is clean as well as the balcony. Staff - so helpful since day 1. We can't thanks them enough for making sure our stay is amazing. She even suggested places to go and how can we save money on this trip by renting motorcycle.

The location of the place is at the center of the city, and few minutes walking to the harbor (main attraction is go to some boat trip). The place is quiet and the staff is very helpful.
The room only have a fan, this is already specified by the description of the place, but I think would be much better to install some A/C, the room is very hot sometimes.

lovely place was very happy . very nice woman who runs the place, she sorted out me day trips and also mini van she’s great . Free coffee in upstairs area to chill . Rooms are hot but I had aircon so was fine . Very close to food Market and restaurants and all the activities. Thanks
Only problem was the shower water smelled of sewage .

The rotating ceiling fan.I prefer it was directly on us when sleeping but other than that everything was perfect ,even the host was super nice .Very sweet women she was so helpful God bless her .

Lovely family friendly property located central to el nido nightlife and easy to get around. The room was clean and adequate, with friendly hosts Ann and Madeline
No outside windows but there is a window that connects to the landing which is open air windows for air to circulate.

wifi working only outside the room, the room was never cleaned in a week that we stayed there and the owners are a little too pushy
