It was so close to everything you would want to see and experience in the city. Service was great, and bonus having the roof garden bar and the eatery and bar down stairs. There is also a car parking garage which was handy. Linen changes and is cleaned daily. Will be coming back to stay

Was very stuffy in the room, only a little window to open and a fan that was really blowing around hot air, be cosy for the winter or cooler months. Be great if there was some sort of air conditioning to have cooler air to circular around due to the small space and lack of ventilation

Great location. Stored my bag until I could check in. Friendly staff. Clean. Good toiletries and tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The price is fair.

Every door shutting did a weird airlock thing to our room door. The walls are very thin. It's single glazed and at 5am on Saturday morning they empty every glass bottle in Wellington into a rubbish truck. They give you ear plugs. And also it was very cheap so honestly whilst I didn't like this I'm not surprised or disappointed. I got what I paid for.

Couldn't hear other clients which we appreciated Liked little details. Good quality soap, shampoo, coffee etc pleased to have sky sports.Liked rooftop bar.

I found myself wanting a toaster, perhaps two stools tucked under the long bench in the room to eat at🤪The prices on your copy of the menu didn't match prices charged which annoyed me. Drinks in bar pricey. But in general it was great. A lot of street noise but it didn't bother us for some reason

Reception, staff, location (for our purposes), room, bed, paid parking, were all great. We arrived about an hour earlier than check in but Trinity Hotel was able to accomodate us, allowing us to check in earlier. After a long drive in rough weather, we really appreciated it!

Would have been a perfect stay if we'd been able to order room service. We were tired from the long drive and wanted to rest in the room before attending an event at 4pm. We were only in Wellington for one night. We called the specified number a few times without luck so ended up having to go out to eat. Reception, staff, everything else was great.

Location; right in the CBD, walk anywhere. Shopping, eating all within a short walking distance. A great and very lively restaurant / bar on the ground floor. Comfortable bed, good room, good shower, A great place for a week's holiday.

Well, the hotel access key; Our flight was changed (by the airline) from NZ272 to NZ274, now arriving well after midnight. Our complimentary limo didn't turn up and the instructions to access the hotel after hours could have been more specific. Fortunately a food delivery person let us in at around 2 am, so we slept on couches in reception. The view from the room (411) was a grey concrete wall of the building next door, but I guess we were there for "touristimg" and didn't spend much daytime in the room.

Very comfortable beds! The rooms were top notch luxury! Clean bathroom. Nice view on to the church. Location is great, in the middle of Wellington. Although we didn't have a carpark in their carpark, they offered a carpark in the garage across the road.

We didn't have rooms close together, but tthat was more my own fault by not requesting it at reservation. I didn't realise that the two rooms were different in pricing and luxery. I have to say that reception tried everything he could to make it happen, but with a full hotel it wasn't possible.

the location of the hotel. Because it was a walkable distance to everywhere. I also like the fact the it was close to bus stops meaning if you wanted to travel somewhere out of the city CBD it was easy to access.

Since trinity hotel was in a busy area I didn't like the noise the traffic made. I also didn't like the noise my neighbours made during my stay. I also didn't like my view from my room because right outside was a building blocking my view of the surroundings.

The staff is very friendly, polite, helpful and very professional. The location is great, the room was clean, everything we needed were there, and, we have a parking for our car. Over all, we love this hotel, this is now our second booking with Trinity Hotel and we will come back again in the future.

I was expecting I could watch the news on tv during the night. Unfortunately, cable TV is only for limited channels, no CNN, no BBC. I hope they will include news channels because travellers does monitor the news especially weather conditions all the time. Thank you.

The location remarkable, access to everything around central Wellington by foot easy, close, and stress-free, are exactly what I was looking for. It was accessible for the Supershuttle for drop off and pickup. Dave was an exceptional host and operater to maneuver a van and trailer in tight situations. But because the location of where we were it was not a problem. Housekeeping kept us fully stocked with teas, coffee and hot chocolate drinks. As well as fresh towels and keeping everything clean when came back from our day out.

I think the room we had was right outside the lift. This at no fault of the establishment but other people staying at the hotel. Trying to swipe their access card to ours. Only annoying thing. Managed to calm my grand baby not to worry. She's learnt to ignore people and keep her space safe.

Perfect location and underground carpark was great.

We ate at the Arborist restaurant, food was glorious. However would have been nice to know that (expensive!) main dishes such as steak and pork belly did not come with veg or salad which had to be ordered separately.
