Nice apartment in a late 19th century building. Very nice owner. Good location. Not central, but pretty close to the tram, 7 stops to the central train station. Restaurants and supermarkets also reasonably close. Very good breakfast. Only some vegetables were missing. Comfortable bed. Quiet. The shower had very good temperature and pressure. It was possible to use the refrigerator in the common room and to leave the luggage for a few hours after check-out.

The toilet is private, but separate from the room and very cramped. There are some steep and very narrow stairs to reach the room. A bit difficult with bulky luggage.

Mirjam was very kind and helpful. She helped me up the steep stairs with my awkward bags, let me leave them on checkout morning while I went out to visit friends and called an excellent taxi for me. Tea and coffee making facilities are on the ground level in a lovely room where breakfast is also served (which I didn't have). The bedroom was very comfortable with an excellent shower and wonderful bed. No street noise when the windows are closed and good curtains. The room's private toilet is just opposite.

Probably not an ideal place to stay if you have bad legs because the stairs are very steep and winding.

This location is easy to get to via tram., we walked a lot and enjoyed exploring the shopping area and good cafes. The hotel is an old character building which gives a homely feel rather than that of a slick modern hotel. The deco is nice , the bed very comfy and the hostess with her warm, friendly welcome added to the positive experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the presence of the pets,longing about in the living area.

Spend only one day there but it was just lovely.Starting from the owner who is such a nice, welcoming lady. Always there to help and lovely to chat with. The room had everything you need and the bed was perfect. Really comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast was served in a classy room and it was fresh and tasty. Plus you get yo meet nice people and have breakfast with them. It's a true dutch experience living in a house that actual dutch people live. I think everyone should try it. The price is so good for what you get. Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon.

There is nothing I didn't like.

We had a memorable stay at the place. The host was incredibly kind. The breakfast served by the host was outstanding and left us satisfied each morning. The location was good, offering convenience and easy access to transportation system. Moreover, the house and room were clean, creating a pleasant and nice environment throughout our stay.

Lovely Dutch town house well situated for exploring. Miriam was super helpful, communicative and accommodating of all our requests and questions. The breakfast was fantastic and she catered brilliantly to our vegan dietary requirement. A wonderful guests room to sit and watch TV or play cards at the table.

Nice old fashioned b&b Beautiful old house in what once was a fancy architectorial neighborhood. Now its a muslim ghetto, but definitely not to most dangerous. Close so downtown and beach. Bicycles are available. Nice lady from Limburg who makes a great breakfast. Old friendly dog and shy cat. Homely atmosphere and and very comfortable bed.

Nothing Prices of accommodation are high nowadays because our regents have closed most airbnb locations.

The owner is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with egg, sausages, jam and more. There are a cat and a dog which are adorable

The toilet is outside of the room, which might be uncomfortable at times. Even though it is just for the room, you need to get dressed to use it. Also the climb to the room is very steep, which is not easy with a big suitcase

Miriam did NOT give me a room but a HOME, she also went to my stand up comedy show last night and brought her just as amazing friend, I’m forever grateful! Thank you so so much for having me! I will be back with better jokes & gossips next month!🫶🏼

A lovely Dutch house, with a nicely decorated room. The owner was really nice. We also liked the location, the centre and the beach were accessible by tram.

The room was quite dusty, otherwise we had no problem.
