the design and feel was incredibly stylish and unique

the only issue that all if the hotels from Tulum through river maya to cancun, is that they suffer from intense seaweed which makes the beaches and sea unusable, however every morning Casa Malca had teams of workers doing there best to clear it , it’s not the hotels fault and again they try everything to make it pleasurable

the beach was pristine everyday they kept on top of the seaweed. the staff were always doing their best to help with a smile

nothing really, just if you want more party lifestyle location is a bit far from that thing

The Hotel was full with artwork. It was very enjoyable to discover a new work every day. The room was great and comfortable. I enjoyed the beach very much. It was cleaned everyday of seaweed. the breakfast was amazing, really amazing.

Our room could be more clean. I couldn't understand why there was no hanger in the room to dry the clothes. there were no restaurants arount the hotel in case you want to eat outside. general problem in Tulum is that Taxi is very very expensive, even ig you drive only 1-2 kilometers. and if you travel with your own car, you have to pay similar amounts only for parking.

Casa Malca is the hotel of choice. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and always made you feel comfortable. If there is anything you need, they will make it happen. The room was architecturally beautiful as well as the grounds. Every inch of this hotel is a piece of art. The beach was clean. Perfect place for couples or families. I was celebrating a special occasion, and the staff decorated the balloons without request. They remember your name and greet you at all times. This hotel is perfect and worth it.

Nothing. Everything was amazing

This beachfront hotel more than exceeded my expectations! When I tell you they went wayyy above and beyond. The staff made our stay the best stay ever! I've traveled the world and I've never experienced customer service like this place. I wont give all the details, but here are a couple of things: 1. I needed an iron. I requested one and literally two minutes later, there was a knock on the door. We weren't really sure who it was because surely it wasn't my iron THAT quickly. Sure enough it was. 2. There was no TV in the room. My fiance requested a TV. Man, about six minutes later, they arrived with a 75"TV!!!!! We were blown away! 3. This was my birthday trip. We went to the pool for a couple of drinks and appetizers. When we got to the room, the had a plate of fruit (full-size), cheese, and chocolates, a bottle of champagne, AND balloons all over. They also had the 'Happy Birthday' balloons on the bed headboard. Anything we needed, reservations, scooters, TV, whatever, they made sure we were taken care of! When I booked this room, I had no idea it was Pablo Escobar's old house. This hotel is located towards the very end of the road. Pretty pricy, but SOOOOOO worth it! OH, and the food was amazing! Thank you for making my birthday as wonderful as it was!!!

That I couldn't stay longer! That I don't have this shower at home! That I don't have anyone waiting on me hand and foot like Casa Malca. Perfect, Perfect, Perfect place to stay!

The property is hidden and people can not find it. This makes it very personal and gives this secretive vibe to it. Of course, the design and staff is phenomenal and breakfast was amazing.

The complimentary yoga is great, but there should be a specific room for it - like an amazing place near the sea, or something like that. Our yoga took place in this half construction site-half art gallery. With all this amazing facilities I would assume yoga room has been forgotten :(

The style of the property was very cool and the rooms were amazing. The complementary breakfast was epic. The staff were all friendly and the yoga classes you could book (also complementary) were excellent.

The price of everything was excessive. I ordered a couple of non-alcoholic drinks and it came to approximately £22 for effectively 2 juices. I get you are staying in a nice place but that seemed crazy.

It’s amazing, stylish, unique, serene. The underground pool is an outstanding luxury when it gets too hot in summer. The room interior made you feel in a movie❤️

It’s flawless, with just too reservations: 1. Very chill, if you are into fun. 2. A bit far from best restaurants and bars, every time you take a taxi to go to any place for a dinner, it will be 500-600pesos

Modern hotel with an exceptionally beautiful garden area. The pool area and the beach is unique and very well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is incredibly rich and generous, the best of our trip through mexico!

The infrastructure is a bit old and the rooms could do with being modernized for the price per night, for example a step on the pool ladder fell off.

In a great location, close to other good hotels and restaurants. Loved the clean and super beautiful beach with soft white sand.

I think at the beach the first bottle of water should be free for hotel guests. There were unexpected service fees for breakfast, but at checkout the staff kindly offered to dismiss them. Last 3 nights there were constant thumping noises (apparently bc there's a new hotel in construction next to them), it was a little disturbing but we could still sleep.
