Ikonik Hotel Puebla

The rooms are a good size. There are plenty of outlets for all computers and phones to charge up. I stayed in the balcony room and you can see the volcano from the balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is perfect to explore city center and there is a shopping center with restaurants near by which is very convenient if you don't have time to walk around the city center.

My balcony door didn't shut properly, but I felt safe since I was on the third floor. The front desk receptionists were not as friendly, just matter of fact.

Great location, smack in the middle of all things touristy. Easy walking distance to sites and eateries. The rooms are clean and comfy and although next to the main road, noise is well-controlled. Nice on-site restaurant .

Front desk staff should quit and find new jobs. They seem bothered and unfriendly. Seems they lose pay if they smiled, so they kept that to a bare minimum. Would be better off getting AI or robots at the check-in!

The hotel is very nice and very clean. I also got a great deal for the room I got. It’s in walking distance to some great restaurants, mercados, and the cathedral plaza which is a must see.

The staff for the most part was friendly but there was one front desk receptionist that became very annoyed when she found out my Spanish wasn’t the best. It was more than enough to communicate but I couldn’t keep up with how fast she was speaking. From then on she gave attitude to not just me, but to other guests that were attending the same wedding that I was whom didn’t speak any Spanish. The front desk staff needs work on the hospitality they’re meant to deliver to guests.

we had a magnificent view over cinco de Mayo parade. the staff were helpful when were robbed and even provided a nice gift.

we believe our credit card was accessed in the room, leading to lots of stress when payments were made and we had to cancel. we were also scammed via the hotels chat in the booking.com app

Everything was clean and the cleaning staff was attentive and helpful

The Wifi was really bad especially in the room. The front desk girls weren’t as helpful as the guys. The men were really friendly

The terrace of my room was great, could be better putting some flowers or something, I have awesome views of Puebla. The bed was really nice.

Great location. The Puebla zocolo was only a few blocks away. WiFi worked great.

The hot water was warm at best. Had to turn it to full hot just to get warm water to take a shower.

Everything was nice, it is an excellent place to stay
