The location is excellent. Close to the main campus of the BUAP (the largest university in the state). The price is good. also close to several place to eat antojitos mexicanos :)

the apartment was huge and all four of us had good nights sleep
the wifi is terrible and the kitchen is absolutely useless - there’s not a single piece of cutlery or crockery, it’s basically just a working fridge. it is far from the centre of Puebla, but there are some nice restaurants nearby

The parking at least is inside the building
This is a place to stay only if you cannot find anything else you will have a big room and that's it. There's no extra stuff or cleanliness the sheets and blankets are not washed between guests the rooms look battered and old.
