Le Vendome Hotel

This evaluation covers two stays at Le Vendome, a total of 5 nights separated by two nights in Wadi Musa. Both rooms were very large and well furnished. The staff was exceptionally helpful, particularly Mr. Ali, the manager. He was able to arrange day tours using drivers who normally work with the hotel. Several restaurants were within short walking distance, including the wonderful Kababji, which serves Middle Eastern food, an Italian restaurant, and two seafood restaurants. A plentiful breakfast was served to you in your room, with more than enough food, and at the time you preferred.

There was no daily housekeeping.

The reception staff as well as their other colleagues were very cordial, smiley and helpful. I was allowed to have an early check-in. The services were very good.

I can't remember any such thing to mention. Ahh, I was missing water bottles in my room. But still nothing to complain about as I know sometimes there is a mistake.

Breakfast was okay ,location is excellent, the most thing attract me and make my coming back to the hotel 100 percent sure is your great staff , all are good but there was one exceptional I am talking about Ahmed he is really great and mad my stay very comfortable as if I am at home other staff where great too ,when I will come back from Canada , this place will be my first choice.

I really liked the amazing location of the hotel which is close to the amazing Al-Abdali neighbourhood. Also, the price was really competitive compared to other hotels in the same areas. But my most positive experience was dealing with the kind professional staff there especially Mr. Ahmad who really helped me with a lot of issues since I had a lot of luggage and had delays in flights and borders paperwork.

Everything was wonderful, the place the facilities the food even the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Ahmed,he was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. Thanks a lot.

Everything was great

The reception were spectacularly polite and I should mention Ahmed , Emad and the Rest staff. Ahmed offered me generously free of charge breakfast. The value for money is great. I won’t hesitate a moment to stay again at Le Vendom if I visit Jordan , Amman.

the staff are friendly and helpful. good price on weekend and high season. overall a good experience.

you get what you pay for. bring your personal items (tooth brush/paste, shampoo, etc...). it takes a while to get hot water.

staff was very attentive - many thanks to Ahmed for reaching out before my arrival, helping with transfer and asking about my wellbeing. The room was very big too.

Very nice location, simple hotel with very friendly staff, nice view from the rooms on the 6th floor, good breakfast, quite cheap

the hotel is quite noisy so bring earplugs
