breakfast was Good, but they have everyday the Same Menu. Room was Good Nice and Clean Location was also good

Paying in euros in Hotel is very bad because the calculat 0.65 JOD in 1 euro and in the market you get 0.75/0.78 JOD If you book your hotel in 128 euros(Forexample). they want collect Money in JOD Which is 196 euro its mean they Collect 68 euro more what you booked via Booking.com So please be carefull and try to Pay via Booking.com Not cash on hotel.

This hotel was lovely. It was clean, comfortable and staff all worked hard to aid you in having a good stay in Amman. The range of things for breakfast was good, and the lovely smiling chef Subih made me a lovely pancake and omelette each morning! Nabil on reception aided me in a room change as initially I had a loud family of five in the room next to me. I preferred the rooms on the higher numbered floors. It was handy having the two different entrances at the different levels for walking into town although the 2JD taxi ride was easy on the legs!

Pool needs to be accessible for both male and females. Most of my two different stays appeared to be male only days and after a hot and lengthy day sightseeing most tourists do enjoy a quick dip! Please consider changing this.

- The staff was so professional, friendly and helpful, just like all people in Jordan - Breakfast was perfect, all you need is there and even extra - The hotel had a very nice smell and it has a great design, I loved the atmosphere - The room was amazing, we had a free upgrade because of our anniversary to a junior suite and I would recommend this room, it’s so comfortable - The location is perfect and you can have some good night rest there while being close to the city center - The cafe/restaurant of the hotel has a nice terrace in the front of the hotel and you can really enjoy sitting there and having a drink - The swimming is nice for a good swim, don’t expect a pool that is focused on relaxing only, for me who loves swimming it is perfect - There are two gyms, one is in the same area as the swimming pool. There are days for ladies only and men only, (September 2021) Sunday+Tuesday+Thursday are the days for the ladies to enjoy the swimming pool+gym. On these days the men are allowed to use the other gym on the first floor. On Monday+Wednesday+Friday+Saturday the swimming pool+gym are for the men to use and the other gym is then allowed for the ladies to use. If you find it important to have a swim, contact the hotel before you book to be sure about this schedule because it might change. - The facilities in the room and the mini bar are really nice - WiFi, air conditioning, the curtains, just everything was very good - The hotel offers you a very good price for a PCR test, I really recommend booking your test at the hotel and the service is great too I think there is much more to stay about what I liked about this hotel but I mentioned the most important things and I traveled a lot to different countries, but the way they treat you in this hotel is one of the best so far. I’m glad I stayed at this hotel and we had our anniversary there, it really made everything so comfortable and it eased everything, from the location to the comfort of the room.

- The bed was a little too hard to my taste, but I still slept very good - The room is very clean, but the bathroom could use a little more deep cleaning, just small things like the corners in the shower need more attention. But overall the hygiene was very good.

I location of the hotel was really convenient for my business trip needs and in the same time close to leisure malls and shopping centers. Taking Uber back and forth was awesome and pretty reasonable in price. The convenience of the breakfast buffet was wonderful. They have a variety of options and cuisines that no matter what your preferrence would be, you will be able to find some delicious to eat. Hospitality is second to non. The whole team was very pleasant and respectful. A special thank you goes to Mr. Fadi Barakat (Abou Issam). You made us all feel at home and we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

occasionally the neighbors in the rooms adjacent to ours would make some loud noises. We did not want to complain to the reception desk because we felt it was not on the hotel to deal with irresponsible people.

Toledo is a really nice hotel in Amman, it is a medium budget-level. The location is good, really close to King Abdullah Mosque. The design of the hotel and the room is really nice, nice style and really clean. Our favorite thing was the breakfast, a lot of different foods and a chef stand where you can ask eggs and pancakes.

- The location is good, but not amazing to walk around the city, and there are not so many restaurants around (you need to walk at least 10/15 minutes to find nice restaurants) - The swimming pool is not amazing, is the typical gym swimmer pool, and when we tried to go there was a swimming private class, so we decided to didn’t use and go back to the room

Odd there’s no ability for women to use the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. like the shared times for men and women with the gym, there should be an ability for women to use the pool area etc at specific times as appreciate mixing isn’t preferable. Odd an international hotel like this doesn’t allow women to use the pool.

Our room was pretty basic, but accept for the temperature in the room, we had what we needed. The common areas are very nice and the staff is superb. We loved the pool and spa area — for women, make sure and find out schedule AND call down before you go as the facility is NOT coed and there are separate days of use for men and women (however, there is a women only area open everyday) . Breakfast was GREAT and the chef went above and beyond to take care of us. We had dietary restrictions and he actually brought in special food for us. Thank you soooo much for the sheep yogurt! The entire restaurant staff was exceptional! This hotel is an excellent value with nice perks (pool, jacuzzi, and sauna) and won’t break the bank.

Our room was so hot. It was cooler in the hallway than it was in our room. Apparently the air cannot be controlled in the room until May and we were there in April.

the Toledo is well furnished, we stayed for 2 nights at the start of our trip and returned for our last night. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the reception manager talked us through things to explore in Amman, providing us with a map which was useful. The breakfast had a nice variety and when we asked for eggs they were more than happy to make them for us.The rooms were spacious with large beds and nice sized bathrooms.

not much other than the very early morning prayer over tannoy which no one warned us about-even reading blocs etc.Perhaps that could be incorporated into the welcome information as some ear plugs can solve this if you prefer to sleep.

We stay with our 10 months old baby in this property. They prepared the crib in the room prior to our arrival. Our baby was tired and cranky due to the trip from Petra and they allow us to settle into room first before having the check-in procedure. Breakfast was delicious. We tried both buffet dinner and a la cart menu, both was delicious also. Room was really spacious. We asked for late check-out and they provided that option with a reasonable cost. Private car parking was available. Stuff was wonderful, they prepared an omelette fitting to our baby's dietary conditions every morning (most of the time without us asking), they play with our son, keep him entertained. They were always smiling, helpful.

I cannot think any bad thing to say. It is a minor thing but they could have write extra charges from the restaurant in detail even though I don't think there was any wrong charging occurred.
