Hisham Hotel

Outstanding service from the staff, especially Muhammed at the reception. He was exceptional.

Laundry service was extremely expensive. We asked for directions to a nearby laundromat, to go and do it ourselves, like we always do, but the staff offered to help by calling someone they work with and trust. We thought it was convenient. The bundle of laundry was less than 3Kg. When it came back in the evening the cost was the equivalent of 29€ for just washing and drying. We asked them the next morning to investigate and they did. The answer from the provider was that they charged by item and we had 18 items, mind you, about half of them were underwear. So we paid more than 3 times over for something we could’ve done ourselves and had all the intention of doing so to begin with. We were just asking for directions on how to get to a laundromat.

Excellent staff, great location, nice big breakfast with lots of choice. Loved the omelettes. A really nice small hotel.

The hallway where our room was located reeked of smoke. Also the concierge booked a car to take my adult children straight to the Dead Sea Marriott, our next stop, while my husband and I went to pick up a rental car from the airport. The driver of our children was showing my son in law pictures on his phone while driving and seemed concerned about check points. This was quite upsetting for us as I wanted assurance that they would get there stress free.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and lunch and dinner was pretty good. Alcohol is available ;-)

Breakfast was a bit boring but only because we stayed for a week and choice was limited - hummus, bread, ful mesdames, tomato, cucumber, cold beef sausage, sometimes cheese, Arabic bread, toast, sometimes packs of individually wrapped croissants, omlettes. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere. Relatively quiet, close to hospitals and 15 mins to downtown and Abdali area. It depends where you need to be and what you're doing!

Very kind and helpful staff, they will take care of whatever you need. Will definitely come again. The area is generally quiet and walking around is very nice during the day or evening. The room is extremely spacious compared to most hotels, and the WiFi is really good.

There is a night club/bar next to the hotel and they play some music during the weekend, however the room is rather quiet and it’s easy to sleep through it.

Great value for money, especially including breakfast (which had plenty of choice). All of the staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. The rooms were big and spacious and the location was perfect for us too, lots of Ubers around always.

Thanks to Muhammad Resool I was able to see all I had plan to see around Amman (Jerash, Ajlun, Karak, Azrak, etc.). He kept what he had promised. The staff is great and the hotel is located in the quiet embassy district (4 JD from the Down Town area).

very comfortable, delightful staff who were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were good sizes. We wished we had stayed longer.

The water from the shower came out funny. properly just needs a head replacing but this is the only minor comment. the shower room was big and modern.

The hotel staff is always ready to assist you no matter what you need. We were supposed to stay only one night, but extended it to 3 nights. The reception staff was very friendly and gave us nice tips about Amman, which enriched our experience in Jordan. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast has traditional Middle East food, and also very nice employees. This hotel is highly recommended!

The staff of Hisham is marvelous.

Do not forget to ask the staff of Hisham extra's you need or like (fruit at breakfast, day trip, ...) since they'll take care of it.
