Century Park Hotel

very nice room. we received an upgrade to the suite probably because the hotel was rather quiet we didn’t see any other guests during our one night stay. good location with nice resteraunts walking distance. only a 10 minute taxi ride into centre. convenient for us driving out to the airport the next morning.

Pool area isn’t the best as just a couple of chairs out and needs cleaned. however I think we were probably too early in the tourist season for it to really be in full use. I expect the hotel caters more to corporate events as opposed to tourists. which makes sense given the location. still would recommend for a city break.

Quiet location in a residential area in West Amman. Nice rooms, attractive lobby, breakfast is okay and available until 10:30. Attentive reception service. Very good value for money.

Swimming pool is open only from May. The air conditioning is very loud, the beds are relatively soft, the comforters very heavy and thick. Not every staff member speaks good English. Service at breakfast could be more attentive. No possibility to buy cold drinks. No hotel bar (maybe only during Rammadan?).

The staff were amazing ! Ghafaar on reception was so helpful. Room service was quick and staff were attentive! The location is great!

Breakfast was poor. Tea coffee was cold. Rooms were tired looking and needed updating. Switch sockets were coming away from the wall. Water marks on ceilings from leaks. Wifi is terrible!!! Barely get any signal.

Room was fabulous. We could access out to the pool area which was brilliant. Pool and facilities great. Excellent service, very clean hotel. Staff very friendly and service exceptional. Food very good, well presented.

Maybe a little further from shops or restaurants.

Extremely clean, friendly staff and accommodating to our needs and requests. The breakfast had good options and security was very good also.

The bathroom shower doors kept leaking and made the entire bathroom flood after every use, which made it slightly dangerous and slippery. The lobby needs to liven up a little. very dull - needs more of a positive welcoming.

They need to renovate and rejuvenate.

They have to be little more flexible in their prices for the customers especially who are regular and known to them.

one gentleman in the restaurant wasn’t very friendly but there was balance as the rest compensated. They were really friendly and professional

For me it was a very nice place clean 👌 and comfortable,the balcony was amazing you can see the beautiful city and the swimming pool, not crowded and the breakfast was great . Nice stuff and lovely people.

The man who was on the gate should have good level of treatment gusts.

Breakfast was varied and excellent, with panoramic views of the city available over the pool.
