Fiumicino Airport B&B Deluxe

The proximity to the airport was great as we were flying out on a 6:30am flight. We didn't have $300 extra to spend to stay at the hotel inside the airport so this was a very good alternative.The receptionist helped arrange a taxi to pick us up at 3am and it arrived perfectly on time and got us to the airport in less than 10 minutes (at a late night fee of 30€). We were very worried because a previous review made it seem like this was a problem but the reviewer failed to mention they had not arranged for their taxi the night before, but 30 minutes before they needed to leave, and there were no taxis available. We saw no evidence of bugs like other reviews had stated so it looks like the hotel had fixed the problem. The room was very clean. We had the family room and there were 4 single beds. Like in most of Italy, the bed were very stiff.

Our taxi driver to the B&B seemed nervous to drop us off until the receptionist opened the gate since it is in a residential neighborhood that looks a bit sketchy, however I didn't feel unsafe once inside or when we left at 3am. It is an inexpensive hotel that is great for getting to the airport quickly, if those are your expectations, it is a good hotel. If you expect more, this may not be a good place to stay.

The staff were very kind and accommodating for my needs. Miriam was lovely and organised self check in for me as I arrived earlier after a very long flight from Sydney Australia... it was much appreciated. They also organised airport shuttle at 4am for early flight. The room was clean comfortable and had air conditioning it seems to be a family-run business so has a very homely atmosphere thank you for your help

The only downside was that the shower head in the bathroom kept falling down and it's quite a heavy.I didn't want it to fall on my head so it was a bit hard to shower as I had to hold it in one hand. Not a deal breaker though!

The B&B was just as it appears on the website. it is in a residential area. Very close to airport (10 min shuttle drive). Ver close to restaurants and the canal cute area. the accommodations are fine for a one night stay to catch and early morning plane. the young ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. the property and accommodations were clean, and safe. one warning there are two F.A. B&B’s be sure to follow directions for F.A.B&B DELUXE - we followed our navigation to the other (would not stay there) - however a quick WhatsApp text to FAB&B deluxe and they steered us the correct way and to a far better place to stay.

We found this small boutique hotel looking for hotel as close to the airport as possible, since our Florence flight was canceled and we had rescheduled to fly out of Rome. After a long day of trains getting from Florence to Rome, we were exhausted. Valentina was amazing and helped make check in and check out very easy - she really was so nice and so helpful. She was just what we needed after an exhausting day. She knew the area well and suggested a very tasty restaurant for us within walking distance. She communicated with me via WhatsApp and was very responsive. She also helped book at 5:45am taxi for us the following morning for our family of 6, with 11 luggage. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. They had great beds and air conditioning too! Each room had a bottle of water for each of us in the room too.

First I would like to give a shout out to the girl at the checkin desk (don’t remember her name unfortunately!) She waited up for us way past check in time and ensured that we were comfortable. This was such a cute, clean, B&B, perfect proximity to the airport. Great communication from staff, answering all of our questions quickly. Room was pleasant and cute, perfect for a quick night. They even schedule airport shuttle drop off for a great price.

Air conditioning took a little longer than would have liked but cooled down significantly during the night

We stayed here for one night on our trip back home to the states. We checked in after checkin time, and the staff made sure we were able to self checkin with ease. The staff also scheduled us a taxi to the airport in the morning and it was right on time! The AC worked great, and the bed was comfortable. It was definitely a little dated, but we were only staying there for one night so that’s ok!

Definitely in a somewhat rough area. If I were to stay in Fiumicino again, I’d pay the extra $100 to stay in a hotel closer to the water, as I expect this is a safer neighborhood.

The staff is very friendly and competent, and the shuttle service to the airport is very efficient.

Near the airport; a shuttle was foreseen by the hotel to the airport. If you have the time: 15 minutes on foot, you will find a lot of good fish restaurants and 25 minutes away, you will find the beaches. Ideal place to stay one night to catch an early flight. We stayed with a family of 4 in one room; very tidy room. Good price/quality. Thank you!

Very clean and good size room, room was very nice. Pleasantly suprised. Very minor issue but toilet flush kept getting stuck and toilet roll holder broken. Other than this room was excellent. Handy location for airport as well as beach walking distance, although tucked in quiet residential area. Friendly helpfull staff. Bit disappointed by taxi booked by staff to airport, taxi did another pick up then still charged us €25 for a short 5 minute trip. No blame on hotel but would suggest booking own taxi. Would book room again if wanting to be close to airport and recommend a walk and eating at harbour!

This was my fourth time staying at this place so I guess that says enough. This time around there wasn't any breakfast (temporarily as I understood) but there is a vending machine with coffee and some snacks. The rooms got cleaned every day, and we got free water. The staff - amazing, really nice and helpful. PS. - I didn't get to try schiaciatta (?) yet! But will try the next time in Italy 😊 Thank you ❤️
