Airport Hotel

Location is very good - near the airport. Staff is friendly and flexible. Shuttle from the airport is available 24 hours straight. Check in can be organised online, so late arrival is not a problem. Good variant to stay over before or after night flight.

Great location near the airport for a quick overnight stay in a basic, comfy and clear room. Veronica the receptionist made contact with me via WhatsApp and was there when I arrived around 8pm. She also reset my pick up time for the early (4am) transfer using the convenient BluParking Transfer to and from the airport, so very efficient service. If you are using the BluParking transfer from the airport, just a reminder the pick up location is on the DEPARTURES level not arrivals.

I wouldnt say it was a negative, more a reality reminder. There was aircraft noise until about 11pm, but thats to be expected as you are conveniently located next to the airport.

Very nice staff, good communication before arrival. The hotel is a 10 minute ride away from the airport (shuttle can be arranged with hotel staff) and a 10 minute walk away from the beach. There is a cafe by the hotel and a couple of restaurants in the neighbourhood to enjoy dinner at.

The only thing was that we couldn’t book a shuttle to pick us up from the airport for a specific time, only once we were at the meeting point, so we had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up. The shuttle is a private company though so not directly responsibly of the hotel.

The best part of the stay was coordinating and working with the Owner's representative Veronica. She helped us get the shuttle coordinated for transportation to and from the hotel. She also facilitated smooth check-in process. This hotel is about 10 or 15 minutes from the Rome airport by shuttle and located on the edge of a residential beach community. We were able to walk from the hotel to the beach in about 20 minutes, but not a lot of restaurants in the immediate area. However, we did run across a local Pizza place and had a fun time there among the locals. This hotel is right under the airport flight plan, but turned out to be surprisingly quiet during the night. The noise from the planes was not a problem. There is petrol station with a minimarket and coffee shop to grab coffee in the morning waiting on the shuttle to the airport. In the end, a good little local hotel to spend some time between flights in and out of the Rome airport.

Rooms were pretty small, but there were on seven of them. Shuttle was also a bit pricey at 20 Euros a person round trip, but also worth not having to deal with a car.

The room was cozy and clean with a private area right in front for seating if you wanted to be outside. The room/area reminded you of a private villa, It also had a table and chairs for seating. I noticed one couple enjoying breakfast. Should I ever return to Rome and need an overnight hotel, the Airport Hotel would surely be my choice. Lastly, I'd like to say traveling solo makes me very cautious about safety (very important to me) I felt very safe.

During the night there was a noise possibly from the rain sounding like a pipe hitting a pole.

The communication with veronica was great! she's awesome, the hotel was great the room was also amazing, bed was comfy, basic amenities for a 2 star, not sure why some people complained. A coffee shop to get coffee. Great wifi speed as well, I had no problem finding the shuttle they were great too I left my bag and they came back to give it to me Great for a 1-2 night stay close to airport

The coffee shop next doors doesn't have good food also unhealthy but I got to order something via reception. Would suggest to order in if you need food access and can't step out.

The lady who oerated the "Reception" on May 23/23 was exceptional. I had booked with the shuttle myself by phone but she chedked my reservation and found it was NOT booked so she took the initive to rebook for me. What a sweet heart!!! So shuttle arrived at our 7am and we were off to the airport on time. What other hotel has staff that really are concerned like this??

Actually rooms were great, The location is at the end of the runway but all plains stop flying by 10 am and don't start till around 7am so no problem with noise at night.

You can't get much closer to the airport than this. Great for a one night layover at FCO. Clean and tidy. Note that there is nothing nearby - one small shop out front with some pre-made food and coffee.

Reception didn't open until 5 PM (I arrived at 3), but someone did respond to my text after 10 minutes or so and opened the front gate remotely for me. Room was ready and key was in the door. I paid the shuttle driver for both ways to and from airport upon arrival. I paid in cash (stupid) because I got no receipt and had a fight on my hands the next morning about having already paid for the ride back to airport. Nobody spoke English and sorting it out delayed my ride to the airport a half hour. Stressful.

Location is excellent although you can here the planes taking off - but in the night there was no flights and so we could sleep well. We stayed here one night, so we were in the morning ready in the vicinity of the Fiumicino airport. Service was excellent and friendly. We were able to communicate with the receptionist by WhatsApp and she answered always immediately. She organised for us the shuttle service ans spoke excellent english.

Great value for our last night. We wanted something close to the airport at a low cost and this fit the bill perfectly. Email communications were great. A little hard to find (a mention that is it located behind a gas station would have been VERY helpful). Clean room. Right under the flight path!!! Well, we wanted to be close!! But late a night the planes do stop - so we still had a reasonable nights sleep.

Directions to find the entrance - was not really clear and not easily seen from the road. A reference that is is behind a gas station wold have been helpful.
