Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

Very close to the car rental and literally inside the terminal, makes it easy to reach after a flight.

We arrived at 11pm and there wasn't anything to eat at the airport so we wanted room service but it wasn't available anymore. I think they should be able to offer some sort of food also during nights for travelers who arrive late.

room was far from the lobby and took from us more than 5 min walking to reach the room

We followed a friend's advice and booked a room at this hotel the night before our early flight home. The location was more than perfect - we walked out the door and we were inside the airport terminal. It took exactly 35 minutes from our room to the gate. If anything, that was too early and as we had left too early to eat breakfast at the hotel, we had to look all over at the airport to find something to eat. Check-in and check-out were extremely efficient and quick. And dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent, although a bit expensive.

Wow. Never expected to find such nice hotel with superb restaurant inside the terminal. We were flying early in the morning and the hotel was a great solution. 5 minutes walk to the checkin

People sleep right outside of the hotel doors with their bottles of beer next to them. This was unpleasant

It was literally in Terminal 1 of Malpensa airport. our flight was delayed so we got into Malpensa really late. We were in our hotel room half an hour after landing.

The hall way landing was massive. Very empty and cold looking. It didn’t feel like you were in a Hotel. It looked very uninviting and not what I would have expected from a Sheraton Hotel.

Excellent Hotel for me. Check in/check out was a breeze. The staff were all very efficient and helpful. I enjoyed all the meals I took in the restaurant with all the staff being very attentive. I also had a a very relaxing massage at the Cocoon. Perfect way to end the trip and have all those tired muscles soothed! The hotel is right on Terminal 1 so access to flights can be done in a minute. Milan Express to city center is also easily accessed just right outside the hotel. It's just soo convenient and perfect for me in every way.

Initially, the long walk from the elevator to the room/s. Got used to it fast enough though and I took it as my form of exercise...so in the end, it wasn't really a bother for me and would definitely recommend this to those who want a hassle free access to flights or as an alternative hotel away from Milan City Center (since the train ride is just around 37min)

Being able to check in at 11:30pm was fabulous. Access to the room within 15min of clearing customs/immigration was very much appreciated. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Hotel was a little tricky to locate. My parents travelled with us, and I think they would have struggled on their own. The hotel is very big so a long walk to our room. Guests with mobility may struggle. The room was very warm during the day and the aircon's only range was between 16 and 20 degrees. During the day, it struggled on 16 degrees. Some better block out curtains could be installed as the current ones still let a fair bit of heat in.

What we liked most about this hotel was its unbeatable location. Being right inside the airport and next to the train station made our travel experience incredibly convenient. After a long journey, it was a relief to step off the plane and check in within minutes. The hotel staff were a standout feature of our stay. Without exception, they were all friendly and extremely helpful. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any queries or requests made us feel truly valued as guests. Although we didn't spend much time in the room, it was comfortable and well-appointed. The on-site restaurant also impressed us. We enjoyed a delicious meal with a variety of options to choose from, making it a convenient choice for lunch.

Location. Our flight arrived after midnight and simply being able to walk to the hotel was great. Pleasant room, reception staff were welcoming and breakfast was very good.

I thought more than twice about booking a cheaper hotel as it was only a stopover. As we arrived so late this hotel was ideal, and I am glad we booked it, but it was more than I really wanted to pay compared to others nearby. Whether the convenience is worth the extra money is a matter of choice and may depend on your flight times.
