comfortable beds. clean and simple rooms. good for reaching the airport by car in only 10 minutes . friendly staff at bar and at check in.

we checked in quite late and were unable to connect to the internet using our last name and room number as a log in. in the warm season it would be nice if there was an outdoor area with tables etc also in front of the hotel where one could sit outside, enjoy a drink or smoke a cigarette. the windows in our room third floor facing the parking lot were not that soundproof and one could hear the nearby highway but we were so tired it didn’t make so much difference in the end. maybe a hot water boiler with Nescafé in the rooms or coffee vending machine in lobby would be nice for those leaving on very early flights in the morning before the bar opens at 6am

Not sure about breakfast since I did not have one. The location of the hotel is in a small town, we paid 20euro taxi from terminal one. It seems if from terminal two, the distance could be shorter. The hotel gave us cheap shuttle ride from hotel to the airport for only 5euro each.

No refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast was freshly prepared. Location was surprisingly central to amenities and good food...pizza was amazing just a short walk down the street.... ice cream cafe was exceptional... real Italian waffle cone with amazing flavours to choose from. Would recommend for a couple of days close to the airport too.

Sign outside hotel says transfer to airport is 4euro round trip, but charged 20 euro each way. Not much in surrounding area but fine for a short layover at the airport.

good basic hotel close to Malpensa airport, taxi at night cost us €25 from airport to the hotel. Friendly staff on the reception and in the restaurant.

The room which we were given initially was not cleaned after previous guests, so we had to take all our luggage back to reception and wait to get another room. In second room though there was no extra bed for toddler, which we requested in our original booking.

Close to airport - ideal for early/late flights if you need somewhere just to sleep for a night. Staff were very friendly at check in. Clean room with large comfortable bed and decent shower AC in room.

The cost of the airport transfer they provide at the hotel seems steep per person so we opted to book our own

The breakfast was lovely and good value for money. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the bed linen was just right, not to thick and not to thin. Sometimes I find hotel bed linen either too hot or too cold.

I would have liked a kettle in the room to make a drink when arrived late last night.

The emailed info regarding airport pickup was confusing. Is it €5 or €25? Seems to depend on the whim of the driver. One guest was charged €12 after complaining and the other who arrived later was charged €5.

OK location for the airport, you definitely need a car. Not a lot of food options around the area at night. Parking was available around although some of it was public parking not on site. Bed was comfortable

Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to try the breakfast,I left 5 am.

No kettle or coffee maker , I wasn’t able to have my late tea before sleeping , no fridge either.😕
