DoubleTree by Hilton Brescia

Beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring northern Italy. Lots of local amenities within walking distance including the metro. Free onsite parking for our rental car, the staff were always happy to help with every need or want we had, the pool was always manned, clean and available with sun loungers. The food was also great, friendly happy service. We cannot thank the staff enough for our week with you all at Double Tree, we will definitely return.

If there was 1 thing I would say, no balcony but that is a personal choice as I like a coffee and fresh air when I first wake up, that aside there wasn’t anything not to like.

great location between Venice and Milano for business trip and proximity to airports in Bergamo, Verona, Treviso, Venice. Hight standard accommodation with private parking and excellent in-house restaurant. Dinner and breakfast was great and tasty

cappuccino from the automat was awful probably due to old milk in the tank but friendly staff made me a real one right at the bar at it was great

Hilton Brescia is a good hotel some kilometers outside Brescia city center. Our room was nice and good size. We were using hotel's pool and also fitness room daily and they were nice. Location of the hotel is good. We had a car but were using metro to get to the city because it was so close and easy to use. We were also driving to lakes (Garda and Iseo) and both are only short drive from the hotel and easy to visit there.

Service in general could have been better. Not too much smiling there, but I understand that because it was really busy holiday season and hotel was obviously quite full. Breakfast had a lot of choices but was extremely busy causing queuing and waiting. Sofa-bed in our room was really low quality and made a lot of noise during nights when kids sleeping there were rolling over.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to Jesus for helping me arrange the suprise cake for my mom's birthday. Cool design in the lobby and restaurant/Bar area. Yummy selection for breakfast. Lovely barista last Sunday morning who I didn't catch the name. Awesome outdoor pool! Free parking.

Shower needs some deep cleaning. Kettle for tea full of limescale. Set of towels only for 2 persons instead of 3 in a triple room but provided with by the Reception quite immediately. Pillows and duvets are quite old.

Hilton style i.e. dark color tones, classic furniture and the like. The client service was like what you would expect when you book Hilton, hence nothing specific worth mentioning. The gym area was really clean and at least when I was training (early morning before 6 am) nobody was around. Parking with not additional costs, with some luck even directly in front of the building.

As some others pointed out before, the room we were given was not that well isolated i.e. we could hear sounds from the street (even though we were located at the 4th floor). Also, there were some kind of maintenance work within the hotel building during the day, especially in the morning. Luckily we weren’t around much during the days.

We were given free room upgrade that made our stay even more comfortable. A warm, chocolate cookie upon check in was a nice surprise:). Our request for an early check in and late check out were accommodated without any problems, very kind and helpful staff

Swimmingpool (with towels and enough sunbeds) The gym (with towels and water) 6 minutes walk to pasticceria le Fontane, definitely try the brioches, the best ever, delicious and super fresh

The drain of the shower was clogged, the water did not drain

Great hotel and extremely nice staff! We only stayed one night on our way to Tuscany but we had a great stay. The rooms are modern, clean, look very new and the bed is super comfortable ! The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away! There is free parking and a metro to the city center is around the corner. There is also an outside pool, which looked quite big and well maintained but we didn’t use it. All in all a great stay!

Close to the metro. Big store right around the corner. Parking is slightly behind the hotel. The window can be opened.

The parking behind the hotel is with gravel and it is a bit hard to move with trolleys so make sure to pass by the front when unloading and loading your luggage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.They suggested us good restaurants nearby. At the time of check-in, they gave us welcome cookies and In the evening they gave us welcome drinks. location is also very nice, nearby there is a metro station, supermarket and bus stop. They also upgraded our room.

Check-in time is little late, it's 3 PM.
