AC Hotel Brescia by Marriott

The location is good, not the very center but 15 minutes walk from there. It is not far from the train station as well. Very nice and spacious room, comfortable bed. Air conditioner works great. Good quality wi fi. Bath tub and shower, all comfortable. Pretty good breakfast, good coffee machines. Very friendly and helpful staff, speaking english.

Overall I liked the hotel very much. A little thing: there was dust into the closet. And It will be great to have a bigger choice of vegetables for breakfast, there were only sliced tomato and pickled cucumbers. May be addition of fresh cucumbers and peppers is a good thing.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The bonus was the bathroom, which had big bath towels and a large modern bathtub, and also featured shampoo AND conditioner. I was in town unexpectedly while on a work trip and checked in very late. The staff at the hotel were highly responsive to my inquiries and helpful in the morning organising a large-vehicle taxi to go the short distance to the train station.

Not a dislike, more a suggestion: adding some small bottles of wine to the the lobby-kiosk would be a great idea :)

The room is very nice and clean with a very comfortable bed, a good sized bathroom with an excellent shower and really nice smelling shower gel/shampoo. It has aircon and a TV and good insulated windows which cut out external noise very effectively. All the staff are very nice and helpful and reception is open 24 hrs.

The wifi was both unsecure and not very reliable and I had to use my roaming data often. The location is ok for those with a car as it also has free parking, but I would not walk back after dark from the station or city centre. It's ok during the day and handy for the station only 13 mins away on foot.A kettle and tea bags in the room would have been nice.

The hotel was very convenient for an overnight stay on a driving holiday, easy access from the highway, easy on-site parking, well-sized room with a comfortable bed and good linen. Staff were friendly, breakfast was very good and all Covid protocols in place. We felt safe. All in all, good value for money, we will return.

It would have been great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room seeing that there are no coffee shops in walking distance; you can buy coffee at the reception area though. The hotel is not within walking distance from the city centre, so you need to use your car and pay for city parking when visiting Brescia.

The staff is at the same time friendly and professional. They are proactive and client oriented with a strong problem solving attitude. The location is not too far from the center and at the same time is easy to reach. You can get anywhere from there in 10min. The breakfast is well assorted and freshly made. The service of the restaurant is efficient and the food is of good quality. The parking is ample and easily accessible.

The menu doesn't rotate often, which poses a problem for a long stay, but for 2 or 3 days is perfect. The WiFi bandwidth is limited and when the hotel is full the perfomance deteriorates and is not possible to have videocalls.

Breakfast was good, and to our group the location was equally good - set in a strategic spot, not too far away from the city center, but also ready to move out of town early a.m. when we had to drive towards BGY airport

I couldn't find a pair of slippers among the room amenities supplies, I would have liked that. The bathroom had a bath tub rather than a full shower, which I'd have preferred - but this is just a minor detail.

It is very near the city center, however the neighborhood it is not the best. The room has all you need from a working hotel. The parking is very useful since there is very few parking free parking in Brescia.

They have to take a little bit more attention to the details. In the bathroom, the faucet has lost the chrome plating and it has to be replaced.

Location at a noisy road of the industrial park – 15-20 min walk to the train station and nearest cafes, 25 min to the city center. Expensive, but “Italian” breakfast (limited options, mostly bread and sweets).

Breakfast is plenty of choice, good quality very silent atmosphere

Charging for electric cars need extra application, no possibility to use a hotel account to charge
