Ubud Hotel and Cottages

We're used to staying in hostels/ homestays while we travel and this is by far the best place we've been for a similar price. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and beds were super comfortable. Staff were lovely! Particularly Fajar from security who was incredibly helpful and so friendly, he went out of his way to help us and had plenty of recommendations. Great location too, only a 10 min grab to the nearby malls and a good location for getting to Bromo too. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff that makes you feel you are in Bali. The location is perfect as it is located in a peaceful street, but close enough to the main street for restaurants, laundry etc. The hotel has 2 locations: hotel and cottages. Just 100m apart. We got an upgrade to the cottages as our room asigned to us had cold shower. Pool was clean and we saw staff cleaning it daily as well. Breakfast buffet was great with many dishes to choose from, fresh fruit, and toast as well.

The hotel is visually stunning. Beautiful decorations, swimming pool is great. It was a pleasure to just walk around and hang out by the pool. Rooms were clean, with a nice interior. And the staff was really friendly.

We came during the rainy season, so nothing was really drying out and the room smelled like mold. It would be great to have some space to dry things out or just a free drying service. Looking at the prices in Indonesia all of the extra services in the hotel were pretty pricey.

I had a great amazing days in the ubud. Very nice ,peaceful, very bali atmosphere, they have floating breakfast, which is i didnt find in any hotel in malang. Good area,far from the crowd, nice weather fresh air in the morning. You can even have the mountain view n clear skies in the morning while having breakfast. Best hotel in malang.

The food, not so many variant,thats the only thing i dont like.

Everything was good. Nice location, nice swimingpool. Cozy rooms.

I prefer a better selection of the meals in the restaurant. Only Indonesian cuisine.

The cost was affordable. The atmosphere is very Bali. The staff was friendly.

The landscape has so many stairs--little kids will be tired. The location was quite hard to find. The road to get there was small.

Rooms are big enough, comfy bed. Staff provide complementary electric irons without additional charge

AC not working properly

Nice place and ambience. Helpful staff.

The hotel location is a bit tricky to find, but still OK. Need to provide more garbage bins in the hotel area.

The Bali ambience is real
