The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds and nice and modern decoration. The bathroom area is also nice with a shower with abundant water flow. Varied and good quality Breakfast. It does not have a parking, but there is a public one under the building with direct access to hotel at reasonable daily rate. It is about 20 minute walk from downtown, but the city offers free public transportation if you're staying in a hotel.

The air conditioning of one of the room was weak and the room did not cool down enough. There is no minibar in the room (there is a vending machine in the corridor)

We loved the view and the location. The reception staff were excellent and the massage and spa facilities were great. The room and hotel in general was exceptionally clean.

There was a mini bar, but empty ? I'm not sure why its not used ? We love a cup of coffee or tea first thing in the morning, however like most of the hotels around lake constance, there was no facilities for this. The breakfast is far too expensive, which is unfortunate as we found ourselves leaving and finding another location for this meal

The hotel is in a central location and has an amazing view. We really enjoyed the spa and the breakfast.

The booking comes with lots of hidden costs. From charging 15€ per day for parking to breakfast, access to sauna, spa treatments - we ended up paying 50% extra. If you want to actually enjoy some wellness, you have to pay extra. Also, it was not communicated that treatments should be booked in advance. As the spa is not exclusively for hotel visitors, we had a hard time booking a free slot.

the location was wonderful and the room was exactly as images/description portrayed! we were very happy with the space and view in the room. we also really loved the coffee in room and had a wonderful experience at the bar/lounge area with excellent service!

the promptness of front office team via message communication. was hoping to have them accommodate a birthday treat for my husband and had delayed communication using this portal. also ran into no sense of urgency with item missing as

breakfast was okay, staff were really helpful, the room was clean and with an excellent view, location was good and very close to center you just need to cross the bridge and you are in the center of the city-center. the hotel provides a voucher for free transportation to the center. Would be great if include a car park,

Hotel was okay. Service was great. Room could have used better linens, more towels. My friend's room had more pillows and blankets and I found myself wanting the same.

The internet was absolute garbage. Upload of .59 MBPS and Downloads at 2-4 MBPS (wth?). I pinged front office multiple times to no avail. Could not take any calls/work. Had to do from cell phone.

Great location, nice clean & quiet room, very friendly and professional staff, great restaurant. Mosquito nets in windows are a nice bonus. An issue we had with temporarily misplaced laundry was handled very professionally - our compliments to all involved. A great stay (our second) and would definitely come back when in Konstanz.

Air conditioning was a bit weak, it did not really cool the room very well on warmer days. A kettle or coffee machine in the room as standard equipment would definitely be welcome. It would also be good if the hotel could arrange a discount on the parking for hotel guests.

The room was modern and spacious. Great comfortable bed that you can sink into after long travel with the temperature well regulated. The hotel itself is a 15minute scooter ride from the old town which is convenient, but there are also several great amenities nearby including a supermarket and several restaurants along the canal. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Spacious comfortable clean rooms, tasty breakfast and classy establishment.

It’s not a criticism but I was with my 2 year old daughter who stood next to me and wasn’t acknowledged by the staff. It’s such a small criticism but makes a huge difference to her experience.

The location of the hotel in the centre of Konstanz and close to the lake is very nice. Breakfast and service was been very nice as well. Parking underneath the building is quite convenient.

The value for money is a bit borderline. The hotel is very nice, but the costs/room are a bit too high for that part of Germany, even in close proximity to Switzerland. It reflects the lack of similar hotels in Konstanz. I would be pleased seeing a bit more moderated prices for the rooms.
