It was a comfortable stay and I would particularly like to thank and compliment Veronica in the front reception and the chef at breakfast both of whom were so helpful and friendly 😊

Should provide drinking water

The location is good, half an hour away from the center but still close to the action. There is a great selection of restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The room is clean and almost exceptionally cosy. We also always love having access to the gym (??) and the sauna so that’s definitely an added value.

Not much to dislike, it’s hard to justify the price when the whole city is above average in terms of hotel fares. It would have been nice to have the bathrobes for the sauna already in the room at check-in instead of having to ask for them at the reception. Our keycards stopped working an hour or so before our check-out time limit. It was all solved quickly by the staff. If there was something I would change about the room, it would be the chair, it really doesn’t do the rest of the room justice in terms of comfort and looks. I cannot judge the restaurant because the high prices made us look elsewhere right when we heard them. Maybe the food quality justifies the price (20+€ for breakfast for example) but I don’t have a way to know.

The people, particularly at breakfast, where they seem to have a passion for giving you a good start to the day and have chefs on site to make omelettes etc. It was nice to have a reasonable rate at a relatively quiet time and a nice canal view.

I stayed there some months ago at a busy conference time and paid around Euros1000 for three nights and had an ugly view opposite a wall and fire exit - so just be aware when you book

A big Thank you for the Lady who worked in the night shift when I stayed there. We had a lot of things that did not go as planned but she made everything work out for us! BIG Thank you! And as well as the Employe in the morning who made it work for us to get a Breakfast while we was almost 30 min after closing. And the Cook did an Amazing Job! Can't wait to come back

20€ for parking for 1 Night! Thats a clear no go

The hotel is just ~20mins drive from the Airport, convenient approach Room is well furnished with all expected accessories, good size of the room, spacious Enjoyed the continental breakfast also comprising with multiple fruits and veggies

Nothing to be disliked

location is good very nice restaurant around the stuff is great nice welcoming at the front desk and the restaurant especially the chef and Zynab our room air condition was not warm so they offer us to change the room but we refuse then they offer us a portable one.

The rooms are classy and clean. The location is very nice, right in the media harbour with many restaurants and bars nearby. It is a rather expensive but nice area. The hotel has a parking garage for cars. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was more expensive as it was on a high floor with "city view" but sadly the view was very bad, looking out at the facade of other houses.

Good place to stay for a weekend at Dusseldorf

No parking information! I got a ticket for using parking out of the hotel!!! You should inform your costumer about parking!

We stayed there only some 10 hours for a night sleep (late arrival, early departure). Private parking in garage (paid) was a big plus. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nothing much. Guests speaking loudly in corridors in the middle of the night were a nuisance.

The Hotel is super! New, clean, Rooms are big ´with very comfortable beds. The Service from A to Z was perfect! Parking is spacious, reception staff - excellent! We came with our dog, and everything was also Ready for him in the room. Breakfast was ok. Selection was not so big, but the man made really good omlett and Pancakes. and the staff in the Restaurant was also amazing.
