-Great location , shortvwalking distance toncool neighborhoods Unterbilk and Mediahafen on the one side and Old Town + midtown famous shopping streets on the other her side -Spacious room , smart furniture with fold away table , , great work desk , lots of outlets for ones electronuc devices, good selection of international cable TV, , 24 h reception, large well equipped bathroom , comfy bed , sparkling clean bedding - Large supermarket Rewe open tilll midnight , just 300 m away

Temporary inconvenience a building site major works noisy early morning . Probably this wl stop by early fall. Mini kitchen too lean n mean , the smallest minibarvever, OK to prep a quick breakfast during short stays but not suitable for longer stay home cooking

The guy who did our check-in was extremely helpful! He was trying his best to speak English to help us and we could see his best effort working out for sure! He also went extra miles to help us to explore the city by printing out the useful info, since we asked a question about his recommendation! We even tried to tip him during the check-out, but unfortunately another person did our check-out. We hope his employee can see this review and acknowledge his great work!

The cleaning person was quite rude, and didn’t act on our responses about the cleaning request. We told her that we would do the check-out later so she should clean the room later after the check-out. She came back before our check-out anyway as if our requests didn’t matter to her.

Small kitchen was surprising and nice, the bathroom was nice, big shower, everything was clean, staff was friendly, price was good, room was quite spacious, there were lots of shelves to put your things on

We didn't get bottled water, windows were very dirty (from inside of the glass), i didnt like the carpet, which must be very old and contain lots of allergens, there was no possibility to connect a phone or play Netflix or some streaming platform (Chromecast is very cheap! At least a few pieces could be available at the reception for guests ;) ). In general you can feel that the hotel is already around 15-20 years old.

It's a hotel with a more personal feeling, not a huge block of rooms, which I appreciate as it is quiet and approachable. The room was clean, the bed very comfy, and the bathroom elegant. I also liked the atmosphere at the breakfast area. Small area but there werent so many guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere at the breakfast (together with the quiet and approachable character of the hotel) is also one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel for the second time.

Last time I visited (November 2021) the breakfast was richer. This time there were less options, and when something was finished from the buffet (for example the cheese) they wouldn't fill it again.

the worst thing was the doors smacking in the apartment so loud that bed, walls and windows was shaking,it’s impossible to sleep if someone is coming to their number and let go of their doors. dirty windows which kind of ruined all the beautiful view from the window, for changing towels you have to pay, but it still nothing compared to the doors.

There is a small kitchen in the room. The facilities in the room is quite complete, you won't need anything more. The location is quiet and easy connect to 707 tram or u-bahn station. There are supermarket and shopping mall nearby. The air conditioning is excellent.

Always hear door close louderly from the next room. A little bit long time waiting during the check in/out.

We had a wonderful room at the corner with an incredible view on the church. Amenities perfect and the location is very good, kind of inbetween Oldtown, some cool venues in Unterbilk and the Medienhafen. It was all perfect, except the bed

The bed was uncomfortable: The mattress was kind of laid out. The pillows had lost their structure. Pillows and blankets were lumpy.

Corner room with big windows made it wonderfully bright.

Breakfast day 1. We arrived to the dining room still with 1 hour to go before service ended but there was very limited choice. For the 18euro I paid this was not value for money. I won't be paying again for the breakfast. So much better value & selection in local cafes.

Location is rather good - not far from the center, a huge shopping centre etc. Parking was offered for free - thank you! Great, serious and luxurious interior design, in the hotel and in the room itself. They gave for free a bottle of water and two buttles of a great Schlösser Alt Beer. Friendly and professional stuff. Overall comfort and quality.

The interior parking garage has extremely narrow entrance and corridors, it was at the limits of manoeuvrability of my VW Jetta. The shower head was not well held in its placement on the vertical bar - different diameters. Double bed had two mattresses tucked together, so a little uncomfy for a good snuggle. View on a mediocre interior courtyard, from the room window.

Good location 2/3 U-bahn stops from the Alt Stadt, Konigsalle, Hofgarten, Museums. Room was perfect for a business stay and the shower was excellent.

There is a cigar smoking area in an enclosed room off the bar. The smell does get out and if you don't like the smell of smoke this place might not work for you.
