the hostel locates at a really good district with a variety of public transportation, a walkable distance from central station, a spacious room and they separate the bathroom and toilet, it's also well-designed on facilities. as long as the public lounge.

considering the price, I don't think they should charge additional fee for the bed linens, even pay for borrowing the towel is more sensible.Also when you just opened the check-in from 3pm but require guests checked out before 10am, the cleaning staff even wake you up, i don't think this is a fair and visitor-friendly policy

Location was good. Well stocked 24/7 bar. They responded quickly to messages.

The bed I was sleeping on hadn't been cleaned in a while. The build up of dust was really bad. The bed I had the light and usb ports on the bed did not work. (Room 4 top bunk 6) The bed also squeeked a lot when you move. No extra showers out side the room so if you are leaving at 4 am you wake everyone else up when you have a wash. Also the shower room it's self is really small.

It is clean and the location is good. The staff seemed friendly and the dorms well set up with a socket and light by each bed.

I would have liked curtains on the bunks. I would also have liked to know beforehand that linen is not free and must either be hired or brought with me. And finally I did not see an option for women only dorms. That and at the same price would be really appreciated.

You can NEVER go wrong with an a&o stay. If you want simple and inexpensive accommodations with lots you f perks such as a kitchen (bring your own cooking stuff like me do) comfort, location and solid Wi-Fi, this is a great place to stay especially if you have children, they love the bunk bed!

Nothing. it’s a reasonable place to stay and I really have no complaints. it’s a great value and simplicity at its finest. it’s nothing fancy, but it’s comfortable.

The location is pretty convenient! Staff was really helpful. The rooms are pretty basic but for me that's totally a "price/performance" thing so no complaints at all. All in all, a nice place to stay if you need a basic stay in the city. Would consider again for such needs.

Only thing I would add would be the children beds not being done so we needed to spend some time after a tiring trip to prepare the beds for the kids.

It's very clean, the beds are ok and have plenty space on the room, there's lights, usb and chests on the beds, plenty of space to organise your stuff, the soap always full and the internet is very good.

The kitchen is not so good, doesn't have too many utensils and doesn't looks too clean. And you have to pay for the bed sheets.

For the price, it's a good place. It's only about 10 mins from the main station with a 2 stops on tram. The room was huge, with only 6 beds. I worried about the heat, but they had fan near the bed. If all beds were occupied, there might have been an issue with finding a fan, though.

The general feeling is like a storage place converted into a hostel. It doesn't have a cozy character. But for a night's stopover, it's quite alright.

I did a late check-in and a early checkout but the first impression was really good. As a&o use to be. I share 4 bed-room. The room was really big, with pleanty space. Comfortable bed with a shel for your thing on the top bed (it's a small thing to add, but 100s of hostels, forgot it) Super clean and warm. There are soup and hot water and hairdress. I didn't have time to check the facilities but the common area on the reception it look big, nice and celan. Fast wifi, at least at night. The girl on nightshif is really nice! Actually I will come back next Sunday! fuetimate

The free cot’s bed for kid’s but I don’t like how the bunk beds facing directly to our bad, unlike the one in Berlin they have a little space close to the toilet where kids bed are but the one in Berlin when you’re having fun with your man the kids might be watching without we knowing

No doormat in the bathroom to step on after shower

I arrived Sunday night and I left Monday really early, so I haven't got time to explore the place. But so far it looks amazing. Big comun area with pool and games, sofas and tables. The 4 bed room was very big, with place for the luggage and individual light and plug in each bed. The badroom has soup and hairdress. The place it super clean and ward. High standard for a&o

I would like to check the kitchen, because a&o kitchen doesn't be very confortables, but in this case, I really don't kwon. Actually I don't have any improvement comment, all was perfect.
