B&B Hotel Augsburg-West

Booked at short notice, this hotel was well up to the standard I have come to expect from B & B, with a clean room and good facilities. Arrived very late due to train delays so check in desk was closed, and found the self check in unit at the entrance easy and convenient to use. As always, very happy with my stay.

Simply great value for money. The hotel in new and well kept up. If just looking for an inexpensive night's sleep, then this place is great - second time that I've stayed here.

Don't come expecting The Ritz. It is basic and efficient. Some may think that this place is too far away from the center but there are some dining options nearby.

Free parking service was very kind. Breakfast was ok for 6€.

Room was really small. Sliding door was closing either bathroom or WC which means if somebody is in the shower, other should do his/her things in WC with open door or reverse :)

Location was perfect, very close to highway. Modern facilities, second room was very clean

First we got a room that had not been cleaned. Went back to reception and the receptionist gaven an appology, error from his colleague. Mattresses were very hard to sleep on. No breakfast (but Bakery with very good breakfast in 2 mins walking)

Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient check out. Clean room and simple but effective equipment and bathroom. Air-conditioning.

No safe in room. Not able to open window very wide in order to be able to air room. However room did have air-conditioning.

Quiet, cozy room. The location worked well for me and there were beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Super Italian restaurant nearby!

I would have needed a fridge and also something for the shower to prevent the bathroom floor to get wet like a shower curtain.

Easy to find, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet, very friendly and helpful staff.

My only comment is that it would be helpful if a kettle is provided in the rooms, otherwise you have to buy hot drinks at reception.

Staff is very helpful. I have sent a request for a late check-in and they have called to me to confirm it and sent me an entry code so that I did not have to check in via the terminal

Loud ventilation, it created whistling noise which woke me up

Very comfy room design. Dark theme but still “roomie” and looove the shower.

Bad breakfast. Like, the overall buffet offer not the fact that there is no breakfast room.

The bathroom was clean and the air conditioning was good. Room was quiet and the front desk person was extremely nice.

My bedsheets were not clean and had other People’s hair on the pillow cases and bedsheets.
