Holiday Inn Express Munich - Olching, an IHG Hotel

A new hotel, good for drivers. The motorway is in the immediate vicinity. I can't say about the public transport connection to downtown München. Parking space available at €5/night. However the number of parking spots is limited. A bakery, a McDonald and a peteol station are just in the immediate vicinity. Good buffet breakfast included, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Same for the shower. A real queen size bed and two different pillows to choose among. You can request a daily cleaning. Recommended.

A fridge would have been a great plus..

Compact, clean, efficient very friendly and attentive staff, Excellent amenities: Nice breakfast, very good coffee, firm bed, facility for ironing, heated mirrors in bath, well thought–out for business travelers and couples alike. I saw many English speaking tourists with families. Location: right opposite McDonalds, gas station, quiet, although close to motorway, good parking facility 5 €/ day, and back up close by. for p+r we drove to Ölching , but apparently bus connects you too. travel to Munich roughly 20+ minutes…

since I’m a very frequent booker and travel a lot. This was one of the worst receptionists - (her name Julia) that I ever met. When I arrived the computer was down, no welcome no apology for the inconvenience that I had to fill out the paper even though I told her I’m in a rush to go to a meeting. She even wanted me to pay for my room immediately. I mentioned I would like to see the room she replied all rooms are the same. She also gave me a hard time for not writing the the birth year on the paper, even all my information is on booking and I’m a Level 3. In the morning I paid for my room and there was a parking charge that I didn’t know about, and she also did not mention. There is definitely a lack of customer service with this person.

This hotel was awesome! Clean rooms, the breakfast was delicious and the pancake is epic! :) Next to the hotel is a 0/24 gas station , where you can buy any kind of stuffs (like drinks-food) and a mcdonalds too. The room was quiete : AC / good windows!

Amazing, thought-out design of the room. A working place, an all-steel sle tric kettle with tee and coffee, smart TV with wireless Smartphone Integration, very thick curtains keeping the light out at night, air conditioning, ironing desk in the room, good breakfast

It's getting pricy, they keep raising prices all the time.

above expectations. quite spacious room, very comfortable beds, great shower, heated floor in the bathroom. The room was quiet despite the hotel is actually located between two highways. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was just outside the building on the ground floor with the rest of the building above, so the car is under a roof.

The Hotel looks new, almost it is. Spacious, comfortable and clean interior with fresh design. Great breakfast, the staff is very friendly. Not the closest to Munich, but excellent value for money.

There was not enough parking space around the hotel, however it costs extra charge.

After an initial issue with the shower running over and a change in room due to noise, the staff was most accommodating. I have never been disappointed with an IHG Hotel and will always look for one wherever I travel worldwide!

After my first stay, I learned that the window did open all the way. Marvelous!

Late check out, free breakfast, staff very service oriented

Bussines Launch so so, in bigger seating area sime more plugs would be good. Wonder why I can find 30 plugs in breakfast room. Could be a good coworking area after breakfast

stayed 3 times already. new rooms, convenient location close to highway.

rooms were not cleaned during the stay. they said this is due to energy saving measures caused by the Ukraine crisis. Most stupid reason for not cleaning the rooms. just a cheap excuse for them to save personnel costs. that was really ridiculous.
