A wonderful hotel with modern decor, comfortable and clean rooms. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city with many restaurants, patisseries and shops just around the corner. The staff were helpful, friendly and spoke good english. We really enjoyed sitting in the lounge of an evening with a glass of local wine.
The cosy rooms are exactly that. They are on the slightly small side but it didn’t affect our stay or experience there.

Lack of parking, and staff not very helpful on our first night when we arrived very late (gone midnight due to flight delay) and were told to ‘just use Google Maps’!! also our ‘deluxe’ room was tiny - barely room to get round the bed!

The location is great and the staff is friendly. Beds are comfortable.
In the first room was mold on the ceiling of the shower, but we immediately got another room. Though the communication of the staff seems not to be the best (we booked a lae checkout, but our keys were locked on the last day and the staff on the last day asked us to check out, since he obviously did not know we booked a late check out. But it was no problem then.

The location was fantastic, you can go by foot around all the city and so many cafes and restaurant nearby. The staff was very helpful and after the check out they stored our bags for a couple of hours, that was amazing♥️.The bed was very comfortable! Also the room had Air conditioner something so much appreciated during summer!
A little of water was spilled outside the shower every time we had a shower but a part from that everything was great!

Great location near airport shuttle/bus stop, Centre Ville, Saturday morning market, just by lovely shopping arcade and several restaurants with open-air dining. Welcoming lounge and reception - both the room and the staff. Attractively decorated room with large comfortable bed, and quiet despite the local night-life. In-room Nespresso machine and kettle, with pods and tea bags.
Housekeeping was professional at cleaning rooms during day-time, but neighbouring room's left-over room service tray was left outside my door from evening until next morning for me to stumble over. I am not a big breakfast eater, so declined the fixed-price breakfast.

Stylish apartment was rented which is almost like being a resident. The room stayed mostly cool during an abnormal heatwave.
Of. Purse as I was there during 35C days, it might be nice with AC, however, I guess the room was not more than 24 after 2 days of 30C + so the thermal isolation is great. Noise from the street was noticeable so light sleepers should pack earplugs. For me the temp or noise was not a big issue.

The decoration is very nice, the room was cozy and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Location is great, close to a parking (private) if you come by car and the streets nearby have nice restaurants and bars for the evening.
The hotel is rated as a 4 star but it doesn't really respect all the standards of the category. Breakfast was very expensive, there were no cabinets to put your stuff in the bathroom and no slippers provided. It would be nice to have hooks behind the entry door to hang a jacket in case it gets wet outside, there's quite some space to do so. We asked for the iron at the reception, they told us they would bring it to the room and after 1 hour (and having asked again) still nothing, so we went and got it ourselves.

More than perfect central location with great restaurants and cafes in a few minutes of walk away. Very, very stylish interiors throughout the hotel. Super courteous staff. Coffee machine and kettle with supplies in the room. Good WiFi. Lovely breakfast area and the breakfast itself is very good. I really feel like coming back for a weekend break
The only drawback is lack of parking nearby. The one recommended by the hotel actually was allowing to stay only up to 2 hours

The beds were very comfy, and the hotel is very clean and quiet. The location is also ideal. It’s good for two-three days.
The hair dryer didn’t work well. And a fridge in the room would have been good. There’s a lack storage in the room and bathroom, and we didn’t like the use of disposable coffee cups in the rooms.
