My plane arrived late, I was waiting for a bus, but there was none, later I found out that due to the riots, all connections after 8 pm are canceled, I took a taxi to the hotel from the airport. I was very tired. I would like to thank the man at the reception, his name was Paul, who was very helpful. He saw that my language barrier was very bad, so he didn't hesitate to use google translate on his laptop. I immediately had accurate information in my native language. it helped me a lot. No one before him did it. A big thank you to him. I chose a hotel close to the station because I travel often. the location was good and so was the location. 5 minutes to the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, which is the biggest tourist destination. The hotel is modern, clean, safe and the breakfast was excellent. For the first time I tasted juice from real squeezed oranges. My room was great, it was on the first floor, there was a big bed and a very comfortable mattress. I slept well here and it was quiet. I appreciate the very strong stream in the shower.

We had a very early train to catch in the morning, so the hotel was extremely convenient for us since is 2 minutes walking distance from the SNCF train station. Rooms are simple but functional, beds are quite comfortable, staff is nice and premises are clean. The area is a good startig point to visit the city, probably not the most charming, but also not as dodgy as expected (I have seen much worse around train stations).

Due to renovation works in the area, it was not possible to reach the hotel by car. This is of course beyond the hotel's control, but they could have informed us in advance so we could have better planned our arrival.

The location is top, close to the railway station, the tramway and the city center and also most of the attractions in Nantes are in walking distance. The breakfast was good The room was cosy and clean with an unusual nice modern interior. We were able to leave our luggage in the luggage room for half a day on the day we returned to Nantes after our cruise.

The room was rather small but proved to be very convenient, in fact there was enough space for all our belongings. The toilet was mounted too high to the wall - small people will not be able to touch the floor with their feet

Great location: near the main station and airport shuttle but in a pleasant, open, and quiet street; convenient to local transport and the Palace of the Dukes of Brittany. Reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful; I know some French but all spoke great English. Comfortable room, with fridge and nice bath; my upper floor room had a great view toward the cathedral. Good breakfast.

Not a drawback for me, but the station area where the hotel is located is a bit to the east of the center; while there are food options almost adjacent, the heart of the city's shopping and restaurant scene begins a few blocks to the west.

Very close to the train station; about a 3 minute walk. The hotel is close to the centre of town, within easy walking distance of the Chateau of the Dukes of Brittany, the Cathedral (closed for fire-damage repairs as of 2022-04-22), the Passage Pommeray historic shopping mall, the Opera House, and the Loire River. The downtown area has many pubs and restaurants, and is great for "people-watching". For those interested in architecture and urban-renewal, the former "heavy industry" area on the South bank of the river should be studied by ALL Architects as a masterpiece of re-cycling former industrial sites into an environmentally-friendly, people-friendly work place. Most importantly, no building is allowed to "own" water-frontage; the water-frontage remains public space, suitable for sun-bathing, picnicking, Jungle Gyms, bike paths, and skateboard parks. It powerfully demonstrates how mistaken is the belief of most cities in the world that only Billionaires are entitled to water views!

Very convenient to sights/shops/transport. Breakfast, though basic was good to have included in package. We needed help getting medical assistance for our daughter. The member of staff ( Christian) was exceptionally helpful - he conversed with French speaking dentist/doctors on our behalf, booked us an appointment etc. This was very much appreciated by us.

No kettle in rooms. Towels very old. Some chipped plates at breakfast.

Clean, great location and very modern Although predominantly French speaking, staff were very helpful and helped offset my poor French with their English skills. Staff were knowledgeable about the local area, giving us tips on what to do and how to get there.

Although breakfast was on the whole good, if you get there later, it's not very well replenished so some items were a bit lacking. Air con also not very efficient, so night time felt a bit hot

Great location across from the station. Very handy to tram service. Close to tourist attractions. Small room but comfortable, with generous-sized, well-equipped bathroom. Good breakfast and water refill station. Helpful staff.

Small room. Not a good range of cereals or fruit at breakfast. Not a problem for us on a weekend but demolition next door may be a problem for others staying on a weekday.

The location is excellent beside the main train station and Botanic Gardens and walking distance to the Old town. Our room was fabulous, really spacious and modern and clean with black out blinds. We had a family room, the main bed was huge, like a super king size. Breakfast was good.. decor was lovely

The pillows were a bit too thick, a flatter pillow would've been more comfortable to reduce neck strain.

Beds, shower, TV, room & overall design, friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast choice for people with diary & grain intolerance very limited. No eggs or cooked vegetables like tomatoes or mushrooms, no fresh fruit except fruit salad which I had lots of. The staff got me a gluten free bread rolls but they are next as bad for me as grain, still it was a very appreciated gesture. I did think there would be eggs as a minimum, there was ham & salami. Thank you though.
