High floor as requested, quiet, compact, but clean with hand soap, fluffy towels and shower gel provided. What was really lovely was that we ended up having a balcony which we did not expect and the sun hit it between 4–7pm, which was really nice. There was also a family of swallows that were flying around and singing which was really pleasant. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. No-one on reception when we arrived, so it was a bit confusing how to get in, but once I checked my phone, I realised they had sent me text with a code to get in, plus for the safe with our key card. The only fault was not enough toilet paper provided. Also the room didn’t get cleaned throughout our stay, which we did not mind as we kept it clean ourselves. A very lovely memorable stay. Thank you.

Well managed property. Studio contains all the basics. Decent bathroom.
It was generally quiet (important for me) but there was occasional noise at night from the odd room. The rooms surround a courtyard so the sound carries. There is a strict anti-noise policy at night (50 euro fine) but I'm not sure if or how it is enforced (I don't think there's a staff presence at night). Some lingering food smells in the lift and corridors.

Unfortunately there was only one set of towels in our room and reception had closed when we went to ask for more!

Cozy appartment, nice staff. The only thing I would change would be adding some rules about noise after 10pm or 9pm even. Some flats had loud music that could be heard in other flats

Having parking available was great! The parking garage was cool and secure. The rooms were large and we got two rooms close together as requested. The location was close to everything, so once we parked we were able to walk. Thank you for the great stay!

Quiet room, the hotel is in a good location. Tram to the center almost in front of the hotel. To Les Machines walk just across the bridge. Good breakfast, good parking. Helpful staff.
