Excellent location. Good facilities the pool was a bonus. Room was spacious and clean.

Lack of air con. Didn’t realise balcony room was not standard. Towel and bedding package was quite expensive given that there was no laundering as part of the price.

It was clean, well laid out apartment with lots of storage and everything we needed to self cater when we wanted. The pool was well maintained and warm enough to swim in with the children, with lots of loungers around it. The boulangerie service was brilliant for breakfast and the apartment was located a few minutes walk from a little shop and some restaurants as well as being close to town which made the whole holiday easy!

Spotlessly clean (I am very picky), spacious apartment with a balcony in a quiet location close to the city centre. We appreciated the option of breakfast, although we never used it. The kitchenette made it very easy to keep and prepare food. Codes for front gate and door to keep everybody safe. Very friendly staff and the possibility to machine wash your clothes. We loved the fact that there was a little book swap table.

Only three minor things that keep it from being an exceptional stay. We did not expect the swimming pool to be closed in 26 degree weather. Some of the staff were not very knowledgeable about the city itself, but they were lovely and tried their best to help. A second washing machine would be great.

Location is fantastic, a bit of a walk - 15-20 mins from the main centre; 25-30 mins to either of the beaches - quicker if you hired a bike but this is no an issue if you want to meander about. There are water taxis from one side of the harbour to the other (€1 each). Supermarket 5 mins walk away. The town is beautiful with dozens of places to eat and drink throughout the day and night. The accommodation was clean light and spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Small pool was both a sun trap and a place for shade and a much needed place to cool off.

NOTHING, but - the rooms vary in size - PLEASE READ THE DETAILS CAREFULLY WHEN BOOKING , don't assume your room will look like the photos like I did. Possibly my fault for not looking more closely but on check in I was allocated a 'Studio' - this was too small for us and has no balcony (just a window over looking the main road). Might be manageable for 1 (or 2) for a couple of nights at most, but we would have been very uncomfortable. I upgraded after seeing the room to a larger one, separate living and bedroom areas + balcony + room to move around + storage. Some rooms overlook the road, some the pool, others the gardens or the car park - we got the car park but this was fine and provided some entertainment!

Excellent location, in a quiet residential area but an easy walk to the heart of the city. Spacious apartment with everything you'd need for a short or longer stay - even a dishwasher. Big balcony with table and chairs. Ideal spot for a city break and affordable too. The staff were really welcoming, smiley, friendly and incredibly helpful and accommodating. We arrived in La Rochelle at 9am but they allowed us to park in the secure carpark and leave the car at no charge despite check in not being until 5pm, which saved us money. They took our number and said they'd call us when the room was ready which they did at noon - 5hrs early. They'd obviously made an effort to get our room ready as soon as possible,without even been asked. Great customer service. They also offer an affordable breakfast service too (12€)

Everything was great. To be really picky the bed was a bit too firm for our personal preference but I'd rather that than too soft!

The accommodation was in a good location about a 10 minute walk from the old town. It was exceptionally clean and the continental breakfast choice was good. Decent sized room with a kitchenette that was adequate for a short stay. The swimming pool and sun loungers were a welcome extra after a day exploring La Rochelle. Off street private parking was a bonus.

Only one small opening window and no air con.. Although this was fine for our stay on a hot night it could be an issue. A fan was in the room which would be a necessity in warmer weather.

Great location, pool and cleanliness. Staff were helpful and it didn't seem overly populated. Good accommodation for family of five which can be difficult elsewhere.

The breakfast wasn't good value compared to local places so we didn't eat it. Lack of soap was a cut back too far. Beds weren't comfortable.

Very good location. Especially if you want to be close to the marina (Minimes) but also a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary equipment. Free and secure parking.

Not much but a safe would be good to have.

We had a great stay we are happy to recommend the hotel which is in a quiet location, the pool is a lovely bonus we always managed to get a sun bed. There is a well equipped supermarket about 5 mins away, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the port. The room was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped we upgraded to the Studio for 3 people which gave us more space, a sofa and a balcony. There was a freezer compartment in the fridge which enabled us to have ice. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It was very difficult to order a taxi to take us back to the airport, there is a bus stop a short distance away. There is no safe in the room.

Good location as it is a short walk to the marina and 10 mins walk to the town centre. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Free parking is a good feature.

We stayed 6 nights out of one a neighbour was extremely loud and one night the upstairs neighbours kid ran around for hours. Ie, sound insulation is not present so if you’re sensitive to sound like me be ready.
