I have no words to express how happy and satisfied I am with this hotel. We booked through booking.com half hour before arrival. Something went wrong, because when we arrived, they still didn’t have our booking, but that didn’t stop them from helping us. They gave us an even better room than the one we had booked, because it was late and they noticed that we were tired, and asked us to come in the morning to talk to them. Great room, amazing bed and pillows. Morning arrived, we went to talk to them and they said that everything was ok, and we didn’t have to pay for the upgrade. We are very grateful and highly recommend this hotel.

Great value, good space and facilities, amazing reception team. Easy secure parking under hotel for a discounted rate. Clean and comfortable. Fabulous mountain views, but then it's hard to avoid mountain views in Grenoble!

Nothing really. A bit too hot and didn't seem to be able to turn the heating down. Opened the windows, no problem, but feels a bit wasteful!

Overall our stay was just what we were looking for: a good base for exploring the city and mountains. The room was clean, and excellent value: basically an above average chain hotel with easy access to the city centre. My highlight was the reception staff: they were lovely, helpful and friendly, helping us out with parking, directions and tips. Would stay again.

The hotel was at the end of the day forgettable. Stay here if you want to explore Grenoble and the mountains without worrying about a luxury. Note that the nearby parking is expensive (12 to 17 euros a day) though.

The location was very good, close the the city center. The rooms were very clean. All the staff without exception are very cooperative and they will do whatever they can to help.

We had to ask for new towels after about 7 days. We had first new linned after 8 - 9 days and then both linned and towels again the day before we left - on day eleven.

A perfect location in the center of Grenoble. Rooms were fully equipped with kitchenette and cooking utensils. Sleeping areas were divided into two smaller rooms. The beds are very comfortable and there were large windows with mechanically operated blinds.

We got an upgrade to a park-side view which was really nice, we had an amazing view of the mountains. The location of the hotel is quite central and it is easy to walk to other places in the city.

The bathroom was really old and didn't feel comfortable. To enter the hotel you have to go under a bridge and it was quite messy and people drinking under it later in the night.

Small yet well equipped room. very cozy, very quiet. perfect location in a nice quartier, close to restaurants, shopping center, bars. The property has free sauna for its guests, and a small gym. We've had such a great experience in the end of a long day!

The blanket was too thick and heavy... maybe perfect for winter but very unfortunate for summer

Ideal for a family. The room was equipped with everything necessary for a nice stay with kids. The location is great, with a shopping center, awesome kids' playground and restaurants nearby. Historic center is 10-15 mins walk away. There's a parking very close by, 17 EUR per night.

No downsides, really. A great alternative to renting an apartment!

The room was quite spacious and bright. It was clean, the wifi was super fast, the bed was comfortable, the view was good, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They spoke great English.

The location can be quite tricky. You would typically need to change trams and need like 20-30 mins to get to the residence from the train station.
