Le Hüb - Grenoble

The breakfast was decent, but the staff member unfortunately spoke no English, so it was a little difficult to get answers to my questions. They have a parking garage which was nice.

There were helicopters flying over well into the night which kept my husband awake. Obviously not something the hotel could remedy.

Very comfortable bed + 2 rooms for the price of one

Kitchen very lightly equipped, we couldn't open the sofa bed so had to call for support after hours. Someone very young came and told us she needed to check with her manager. We had to wait 45 minutes for an email informing us that we needed to go pick up a new key at the empty front desk and change room... no human contact whatsoever at 11 at night... i have seen better to be honest but i am overall happy with the accommodation.

The lady at reception was excellent. Very helpful, made great recommendations of places to visit, restaurants etc. Room was excellent. Aircon was good.

Probably need more members of staff at reception. Poor bathroom design with no hand basin in toilette. Slight further out than we would have liked but that is not a criticism.

A lot of space, full size kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, very good light, super functional shelf above the bed. The couch serves as a normal double bed.

The double bed is actually just two single beds moved together. This is not comfortable as there is always this crack in the middle. The elevator didn't work, which wasn't so fun with large bags.

We really enjoyed out stay at Le Hub. The rooms were very neat, with a convenient kitchenette. It was in a great spot for the train station and close to the city centre. I left my wallet there, and Melissa was very helpful with returning it to me with organising shipping and staying in constant contact. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Breakfast was amazing. Stuff was friendly and helpful. All easy. Checkin and checkout no problems. Hotel was clean. Facilities good, nice sitting area and yard and cofe area. My mom really liked it. It is very godo value for money, esp. in Grenoble, which is full of s.. hotels.

Spacious room, good Wifi, big kitchen with dish washer, ample space for storage.

Cleaning of the room wasn't done during my stay of 3 weeks, had to clean myself. After repeated request.

We had a 2 bed apartment for a 4 person family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. For a small surcharge we were able to bring our dog.

Having to use the room card to access the lifts and garage was a bit of a pain but I understand it's probably a security issue.

Amazing room. Big and Brand new with a very nice balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The breakfast was included buffet style. Variety of drinks and food. The check-in is at 15:00h, but you can wait till your room is ready on the terrace or in a business room, where you can charge your computer, phone, and so on. They have a good service in the restaurant. The staff is very nice and they speak French and English. Always ready to help you.

Efficient check in and check out. Spotless, comfortable apartment. We had an apartment with a covered balcony that allowed us to have meals outside while the rain didn't stop for 24 hours. Enough wall sockets and USB ports (in the bedroom) to charge everything. Parking in underground garage (for a fee). Great wifi. A very relaxed experience overall.

The parking garage is quite gloomy. No frying pan in the kitchen.
