Staff were very helpful. Hotel location was perfect for purpose of my visit. Bathroom was excellent (even though shower was a little small for someone my size). Room was very clean and good size.
My room card had to be reactivated twice. Pillows were square, which was unusual for me. But overall, everything was great and I would use the hotel again for sure.

Excellent position, very close to bus station to go ski-ing. Spacious room, extremely comfortable bed. Parking available in the inner courtyard, super convenient.
Breakfast not included. Staff not knowledgeable about ski details (e.g. bus station details). Electricity sockets not close to bed.

All good, efficient and friendly service from the staff. The room was well appointed room, with a balcony and decent shower & toilet room. Perfefct location for getting the train the following morning. Breakfast was available early for our early start too.

The room was well set up with plenty of room. It was clean and nicely appointed. It had an electric jug with tea and coffee. Great breakfast. It had a lift so no dragging suitcases up lots of steps.

Great location and secure parking for motorcycles
Air con didn’t work. Floor not level and poor lighting lead to my wife twisting ankle and calve muscle. Breakfast very limited.
