ibis Epernay Centre Ville

Great spacious family rooms (which is quite hard to find sometimes) - centrally located so easy to explore champagne houses and find a dinner venue. secure underground car parking (locked at night - unless you have a ticket) on the opposite site of the square so very easy to unload. This car park is called freshmille I think and it’s 9.80 euro for 24 hours if you pay upon arrival. It also has electric charging points which were easy to use. Hotel may want to promote this more as it makes staying centrally with a car easy. We stayed here for one night on route to south of France and again on our return back to the UK.

Breakfast items did run out.

Excellent location. It was convenient to the places we wanted to be. Walkable, clean, safe. The front desk staff, Bea specifically, was incredibly lovely. My French is A2 and she let me go on fumbling and being understanding until we both realized we could talk to each other in English. She was so helpful - beyond helpful - when it came to recommendations, helping us grab a bottle of champagne at the hotel bar, and even a future trip to Portugal!

Breakfast was good - Location was excellent, close to the centre and Boulevard de Champagne. The little café at the market place was worth visiting and the Maroccan Lady, who served was very generous, when filling the champagne glases.

I did not like the plastic under the sheets. It was rather warm and not comfortable. The bad the same sheets all 3 days I stayed and the bed was not properly made.

A hotel at a very central location close to restaurants and champagme houses. Public parking facilities with EV charging capabilities available just next door (not operated by the hotel, about 20e for 3 days). Good breakfast.

The room was somewhat small, difficult to fit in with 1 baggage and 2 cabin bags. No hand towels, no carbage bin in the room (only in the toilet).

Rooms were standard hotel. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was great for exploring and experiencing Epernay like a local. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff were very helpful when a member of our party was unwell and helped us source medical services.

Staff were super helpful and accommodating. We wanted to watch the women’s World Cup final and they kindly put this on for us in the main bar and recommended a nice bottle of fizz to drink whilst we watched the match

The room was a little small

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable room. The hotel clearly prides itself on being dog-friendly and lived up to that with a personalised welcome pack for our dog containing a collapsible water bowl, treat and box of poo bags!

Great Position with easy parking and instant access to the town centre and Ave du Champagne. Good breakfast Covid arrangements not bad but guests not following the rules as well as they should at breakfast

The decor is odd . Great if you like grey. Everything was dull grey and just as grey is now back out of fashion. It should all be much lighter and brighter.

Our room overlooked a lovely square with fountains and plants and flowers and pretty lights from the shops at night .A short walk to the restuarants and shops and Champagne avenue.

We liked everything

Location was great. Rooms were small but clean.

AC wasn’t super strong on the higher floors. Some aspects of the hotel could be updated and repaired. Limited space.
