Location was great, close to good restaurants and the old City. Parking was great as the hotel has its own parking, however there are limited parking spaces, first in. $15 € per day. Security is very good. Breakfast simple, but fresh and adequate. Excellent free laundry, full kitchen in rooms. Great helpful owner, has great advice on restaurants and other information. We were very grateful for her help. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Bathroom a little small, adequate, but shower could be better. We prefer more regular room servicing, especially when we were out for most of the days we stayed. Perhaps every second day would make a difference.

The hosts were great! The location was fantastic, it was at the city centre, very close to the train station, but at the same time not noisy at all. Very clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary facilities. There was a wonderful small yard, which was very convenient for relaxing, having coffee, reading, etc. Will stay there again definitely, when I am back to Dijon.

The Apartment hotel was situated within 10 to 15 minutes easy walk from the centre of Dijon with many attractive and historic streets and square, plentiful restaurants, bars and street cafes. The car park was easy to find and situated right next to the hotel. Our room was very well laid out with everything we could need. We didn't have breakfast but the room for breakfast looked very nice. Our room was attractively situated to the rear of the building with a nice view over the gardens.

There could perhaps have been air conditioning but this didn't worry us as our room wasn't on the sunny side of the building.

The instructions to get into the property were very clear and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet although it's located on a central street. The hotel is in short walking distance from the old town -nice spot to wander around easily. We would happily stay again.

Not sure if we didn't pick the right settings, but the air condition seemed not to be working properly.

The location is fantastic! It is just 5 minutes walk and I am already in the central of the old town. Parking can be reserved in advanced as well. The room has good air conditioner which is very useful in summer time. The room has everything I needed.

Nothing that I didn't like, if I really have to say then it is the space in the room is a little too small than I expected.

The Hotel is in a fantastic location 2 minute walk to the heart of the city , the lady on reception spoke good english and was so very helpful . parking was very secure , the room was a good size very clean , wifi worked good . has its own outside garden with sun loungers and tables and chairs.

drainage in the bathroom was a little slow

The room had a kitchenette with everything you need, the room and bathroom were pretty big compared to the ones in Paris, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, we had a pretty big space for clothes. there were rooms at the entry to leave your luggage and one with a washing machine and an iron station - which we actually needed, so it was really welcomed! They also have a private garden located between 1st and 2nd floors, which looked really great. It was too cold for us to use it but I'm sure in the summer it must be lovely to stay there. We didn't get to get breakfast there since you needed to tell them about it the day before and we arrived pretty late in the evening, but they did have a phone number we could've reached and told them we wanted breakfast. We received instructions on both booking and on the phone on how to enter the facility and where to get our room key from.

No general light in the room, we had light just from the lamps which made applying make-up pretty difficult in the room, but the light in the bathroom was good so I guess it's ok.

Good place if you want to walk to the center of Dijon and have garage for your car for reasonable price. The garage is quite spaceful even in case that you have big car (like our which we parked there). So if you know how to drive your car:-)) do not be afraid (I do not agree with some other "evaluators" who mentioned small garage). During nice days you can use the small garden and sit there on the evenings. Good value for paid price. You can prepare basic food - like breakfast, or something really very easy for dinner (like e.g. fried eggs) directly in the room, but do not expect fully equipped kitchen.

Too dark room as there is not enough light from lights and in combination with black furniture it is quite dark there. Quite small room, but in France it is normal. For example you should be careful if you open some cabinet doors - it will block you way to the bathroom or back to the bed:-). The bathroom is a bit older and some details like cracked toilet and really limited space if you want to take toilet paper from the tray would be good to solve.

Clean large bright contemporary. Very good value for the money. Great little place would stay again. Nice staff when I spoke to them on the phone. No one around. Pretty much self serve. Not a hotel really. No front reception. Is Good for self sufficient space. I like the wall paper :)

Bathroom shower although looks great isn't well thought out as it is open concept but watch where you aim the shower. Floors get wet and nowhere to go.Looks good though.

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the old city and several stores. The room was clean and sufficiently comfortable. The "kitchen" had everything one could wish (Microwave, fridge, utensils, etc). The AC was working great.

The room was really very small. There were larger rooms, but there was no explicit statement that the larger rooms had an AC.
