Hôtel le Thurot

Absolutely perfect location. Easy to find coming by car and finding a parking place in the area was easy too. Lovely staff that were perfectly bilingual, no communication problems at all! Breakfast was small but perfectly sufficient - and I looove mini-croissants! The hotel is located walking distance to the beautiful city of Dijon and has easy access to the road leading to the race track which was the purpose of our stay Will definitely recommend it and stay there on future visits to Dijon 🙂

The room was fine but the bathroom missed a small table or something that one could put one's vanity bag on. There was also a problem with the evacuation of water in the sink that was connected with the drain of the shower. It was quite stinky. But keeping the door to the bathroom closed worked, so we only told the staff when we checked out

This is a 2* hotel but it is very clean and well positioned in Dijon for walking into the city centre. There is parking on site which is tight but the staff are very helpful in fitting everyone it and helping one to leave in the morning. We had come from an apartment in Rheims without AC or fans so the cool and refreshing AC at Hotel Thurot was extremely welcome.

We've stayed here twice now and would stay again. The room is lovely - nicely decorated, very clean with everything you need for a short stay. There's a great bar at the hotel if you don't want to go far, but its nice and central to other bars and restaurants if you do fancy going out.

The beds weren't very comfortable.

We were delighted with the location, Just ten minutes walk from Dijon's centre. Parking was readily available, though late arrivers would be disappointed. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. There was an exceptionally good little Vietnamese restaurant just down the road

There were quite a few stairs to be negotiated to our otherwise excellent second-floor room. The shower above the bath really needs more thinking out, especially for older travellers. At least one grab-rail is important, and an in-bath mat adds greater security.

Really nice little hotel in I think an old building which gives it lovely character. Room was good size with air conditioning and a great bathroom with a bath and a shower. Food was available which was also very nice and if you're a drinker they have a very nice selection of spirits and wines. Parking right outside was very good with disabled parking too.

It's quite hard to find, look for the passage which is just about large enough for a small car or van and you'll find it OK.

Good location a short walk from city centre. Room a bit tired but adequate for us. Parking onsite a bonus but access and space is tight. Not everyone gets a space so first come first served. Staff friendly and approachable.

We were there in a heatwave and the air conditioning couldn't cope. Breakfast was expensive for a limited menu. Breakfast staff not proactive and needed reminding of shortages. Evening meal was better value but limited choice for vegetarians.

The hotel had everything we needed: it was clean, comfortable and the receptionist was super friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated but that didn’t bother us. Overall a great value for money!

The parking was full when we arrived (around 22h) and the alley you have to drive through to get there was very narrow. However, street parking was easy to find and is free in Sundays!Also, beware that there is no elevator in the building.

A nice little apartment with kitchen facilities in a quiet neighborhood. Just next to the hotel is a small supermarket. Parking is free on the grounds of the hotel for about six cars. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room wasn't very clean. Bed linens had some spots. The pillows were also not very comfortable.

Ideal for someone like me - travelling for one night whilst making my way up north. The room was clean, with an ensuite bathroom. Only a relatively short walk from the station, and about a 10 minute walk from Dijon's centre.

Nothing specific at all, it was ideal for me!

AC didn't work, which seemed to be a known issue, however, was offered a complimentary breakfast to mitigate. Recommend fixing known issues.
