check in machine wasn't clear as booked through booking.com but got there in the end. wasn't well signposted to walk in the dark but got there in the end

Location to the airport was good. We arrived after the reception had closed so used the automated check in system. It wasn’t clear that you had to check people in separately on the same booking so took us a couple of trys to sort it. Good breakfast selection.

Be aware the rooms are accessible to any one. There is no security doors etc stopping people from accessing the floors/site, other than the reception and breakfast area. We didn’t have any issues and would stay again, all doors have an internal locking system.

Short walk to and from the airport terminal - good if you have an early flight as we did. Getting in was a bit confusing but OK once we found the text message with the code for room entry. Large room, clean, comfortable, quiet. Basic breakfast but fine.

A bit more information about how to get into the room on arrival, as there were no staff there. Also, some better signs at the airport terminal as to where to go, rather than using Google maps.

Anyone planning a stay at the B&B Hotel should go into it with their eyes wide open: if you want fluffy towels, deep pile carpet and hot and cold running waiters, go somewhere else! But if you want a clean, cheap, comfortable hotel within an easy walk of Terminal 1 at Nantes airport then you won't do better. Our flight from Palma de Mallorca arrived at Nantes around one o'clock in the morning, which is no time to be undertaking a three hour drive home. So we needed somewhere cheap and cheerful to rest and recover, and B&B was exactly that. Even the automated check in using our credit card actually worked first go, at half past one in the morning!

The WiFi was a bit erratic, and the breakfast is a bit rudimentary. Otherwise, no complaints.

The location is perfect - proximity to the airport was excellent. the room itself was nice and comfortable. It was plenty big enough and the check in was easy

I did not find it easy to find the right route to the front of the hotel though - could do with a better signpost. I did not like having a room on the ground floor as a solo female traveller

This was our second visit to this hotel, booked after we were very happy with our first. Perfect location for an early morning flight or indeed a flight arriving late. The rooms are lovely and clean and all the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful.

I wouldn't say it was something that I didn't like but it would be good if the vending machine had something like sandwiches or something that could be heated in the microwave which is there. I say this simply because I was really hungry when we arrived. Coffee is very good though!

Very close to the airport and surprisingly well appointed and clean room with an incredibly comfortable bed. We arrived on a late flight after reception hours but the auto check-in system was ok. However, the vending machine options for food & drink are extremely basic. Also, you have to book your breakfast in advance - there is no option to just pay in the morning

Great location, easy to walk to from the airport. Suited its purpose perfectly for an overnight stay directly after a late night flight arrival.

Pillows could have been better. late night check in was a bit awkward as we don’t read French and couldn’t find where to have it in English.

Provided exactly what was advertised. No frills, but clean, a comfortable king-size bed, very good breakfast and excellent overnight accommodation for Nantes Airport . Air conditioning as well.

We were on the ground floor and the passage to our room was smelly and paved with tarmac.
