Kyriad Anglet - Biarritz

The location is in a quiet area just off the main RN810 between biarritz and Bayonne, in Anglet. The hotel is very newly-built and, for a budget hotel, well equipped and modern. The breakfast, a self-serve buffet type breakfast, is generous and complete but very much "package" food, except for fresh croissants and cake. Hot drinks from a coffee machine similar to airport lounges. Our twin-bedded room was modern, clean but tiny. Excellent free off-street parking. Very helpful reception and staff.

Our room was tiny with a tiny en-suite shower room with wc. I believe other rooms are larger. We had no closed storage cupboard, only an open shelf and rail system.

The staff were exceptional. Forgot the man’s name - but very professional and helpful. Thank you. Rooms were very clean. Small but very clean. There was a good selection of food (buffet style breakfast so choose from cereals, bread, croissants, danishes, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit salad, frozen yoghurt etc) Beds were comfortable and made every day Plenty of parking Close to some restaurants You can drive or catch the T1 bus to Biarritz (very handy and cheaper than staying in the heart of Biarritz)

Capsule coffee machines. Coffee was ok though.

Very clean hotel brilliant friendly staff nice and quiet location, continental breakfast also bacon and scrambled eggs served very plentiful, nice shopping area to get your food groceries etc biarritz beach is about 3 miles away bus T1

Hit miss with the room cleaning but if you asked say for a towel they would get one straight away, could do with a fridge in the room.

Breakfast was very rich of healthy and tasty food !! I loved the possibility to boil eggs by your own :) Cheese was so good and I also loved the sweets!

Nothing. Everything was so good. The atmosphere, the receptionists hospitality, even the music at the hall entrance... Was so perfect! This place relaxed a lot my head :)

shower in room 217 is very difficult to enter/exit ( would not be legal in Australia) as it has very poor access. as usual no English Channels on tv.

A nice hotel on the main road between Biarritz airport and Bayonne. Perfect for catching a flight from Biarritz Airport - bus stop is two minutes from the hotel that can take you to the airport, Bayonne or Biarritz center. Polite staff, normal room, all was OK.

Staff very helpful in changing room. Great breakfast, not hurried to leave.

Shower broken. Moved after 2 nights on request. Child’s toy found in room questioning thoroughness of cleaning. Room very small to include 2 cases. Beds narrow.

Hotel: Easy to locate using GPS. Reception Staff: Welcoming, cheerful and very helpful. The young lady, assisted by the manager, arranged a lateral flow COVID test appointment for us to be attended in two days time at a pharmacy in Cherbourg. Room: Small, clean, comfortable and warm which was welcome on a cold winters night. Bed: Very comfortable. WiFi: Free and worked well from our room. Car park: Free and on site.

Everything was good.

Many restaurants and stores were nearby. Also, the bus system passed near the hotel, and allowed one to go almost anywhere: to both Bayonne and Biarritz, as well as the beach. The WiFI was also quite good which was important to me.

The room was a little cramped as the bed occupied almost 80% of the room (except for the bathroom).

Lovely, nicely decorated rooms and hotel including common areas. Nice friendly service. Incredibly comfortable bed. Efficiently designed room. Nice location, lots of restaurants, facilities nearby including an EXCELLENT bakery.

The room is small, but perfect for a night or two. The car parks reserved for the hotel are narrow, but there is PLENTY of parking right in front of the hotel.
