It was very hot inside the room. The fan helped a little bit. I asked for room faced to north or east side, not sunny one, when booked. They answered, that they will do all the best for me. But I got room faced to west-south west when arrived. They explained that all kind of rooms I booked are faced to that side, and there is no possibilities to change it now, cause all rooms are booked already. THE QUESTION IS: couldn't you tell me about that earlier , 4 month ago, when I booked my trip ?????????? That's how they do all the best for their customers.

We were en route from the ferry and needed a good hotel with parking nearby as I had a dog. It was in a Commercial area but still had paths by the railway line to walk the dog. The food is microwaved but still worth it after a hard journey. It's not a leisure hotel but super for work or en route.

It served its purpose but it's not a holiday destination if that's what you are after.

Breakfast was OK - couldn't find any cereal.

I had to check in on a machine when I arrived (11pm) because no staff were there. By mistake, I ended up paying for a room that I'd already pre-paid. The receptionist was very good, she told me about this next morning and immediately refunded the additional payment to my credit card. But the check-in on a machine was not a good experience.

Comfortable bed, the room was a bit tiny, but acceptable for short period (2-3 nights). Have a bar for some beer and chips. Could have a breakfast.

There wasn't any option to have just a small lights, I could chose have only every bulb on or off. The window is opening outward just very tiny - so couldn't get really fresh air in, till I found how to switch off the limiter. - It was tricky.

Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom.

No sound isolation. There was dust in the room. Door moves when someone else in another room open/close their door. You should go up to the door to switch on/off lights. There should be a switch close to the bed. Sink was clogged. I stayed in room number 06. But overall I liked the stay.

Quality mattresses, friendly staff and fairly quiet. Also desk is perfectly sized/located within room if you plan on working/using desk.

Feels a bit remote (not much local options for food) but quite ideal if you’re driving and tram station nearby which can get you to the centre of Aarhus very quickly. Besides it is a very small city so nothing is too far.

The hotel is outside the city of Aarhus in an office/industrial area, but close to a train station. The train brings you in about 10 minutes to the center. By car is takes about the same time. It is easy to park, the hotel is clean and modern. There is a small gym. Breakfast is simple with limited choice of food.

Absolutely great interior. Small, but very tasty common space, next to the reception. Clean and tidy. Room was quite specious, comfortable and very clean. Nice sufficiently big bathroom.

There is unfortunately not much to eat in the evening at the hotel, or in the surroundings. Just a snack machine… Breakfast was quite basic, but sufficient.

Clean and spacious but very spartan on comfort. An extra pillow would have added to our comfort. It was a long way from the city and other shops or restaurants. We chose it especially for a wedding in that area but the extra days we had there were difficult to find access to the city

Fresh and bright. Modern check-in, and nice touches like water fountain in the lobby.

The location is definitely off and you will need a car to get to and from the hotel. Breakfast quite steep at DKK 129 per person. Somewhat barren views from the rooms.
