Villa Triana-Adults Only

Nice small hotel, pool was never busy. Lovely outlook from the back of the hotel.

Would have liked a balcony at the back over the sea but had a side balcony where you couldn't really see the sea unless you looked around a corner. We had requested a sea view so this was a bit disappointing.

The property is perfectly situated right on the beach. We had sweeping views of the sea from our balcony. The pool was wonderful for an early morning dip and the grounds are well manicured. The property is cozy and intimate. We were a short 2 minute walk to a café, small grocery store, and bakery. The bus top was close to the hotel and ran frequently to downtown (10 minute bus ride). The room was spacious and included slippers. The best thing was that there was an individual A/C unit in our room! The staff were LOVELY. They arranged a taxi transfer for our late night arrival and always had a smile on their face.

Our stay was wonderful! If I had to be picky, I would suggest having coffee/tea in the room to enjoy early in the morning (instead of having to walk to the bakery to purchase one).

Beautiful, clean and quiet. Right on the beach front like literally open the gate by the pool and your on the sea. Our room was big and cosy feeling. Air con was great in the rooms and view was stunning. Property felt clean and room was redone every day for us apart from our last day which we didn’t understand. Overall very comfortable stay.

There was nothing to not like about the property however the stay was for our honeymoon and we had been in emails with someone when we had booked the stay about something in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. But when we arrived it wasn’t even acknowledged. Nobody knew anything about it and I was disappointed. We also booked this with breakfast included but when we arrived they said they didn’t do breakfast anymore and offered no alternative.

This is the second time we have stayed at this little gem. The location is perfect and easily walkable to restaurants/cafes. There is a mini mart and bakery right next door, so it is really convenient to grab water, etc. There is also a bus stop located beside the mini mart (busses run every hr, but can be quite late!). We waited 30 minutes past the scheduled bus time table and ended up ordering an Uber (Ubers are very cost effective; $6 to go downtown) and about a 10 minute ride). We reserved the superior room overlooking the sea. The view was just spectacular and the beach is a 1 minute walk. Although there is not daily maid service, the staff are very helpful and will replenish/clean whenever you need them to. Just lovely and friendly staff. Loved the quiet (adults only). Very relaxing trip and we WILL be back for a third time!

Villa response times to my messages were not timely (days apart or not at all). I had to call them to ensure we had the code to the lockbox upon our late arrival.

Perfect location. The see is in front of the garden. Very nice pool area. The villa has a supermarket very close, 2 min walking. Also is at 6 min walking from a very good restaurant, Marinero. The room is very spacious and with the perfect view at the pool and at the sea.

The second day we had the surprise to not have hot water at the shower, only very cold. It will ne nice to have the possibility to buy drinks at the property.

Loreta, Yala and Branko were so helpful and attentive, location is fab, my room was a budget ground floor, but was really lovely, bus stop few yards up the road takes you to the center, and a little walk across the bridge into old town, with very cheap public transport links. Breakfast could be supplied, but as I'm veggie didnt think it was worth it for me. Coffee machine in breakfast room was available at no extra cost. There was a fridge in my room for beers which was handy. Pool is small, but very clean, nice outside area with beds seating etc, and right by the clear warm sea water.

This is just my thought, I would've liked tea/coffee facilities in my room, as i needed to go outside and around the front door entrance to access this.

The hotel is relatively small and very well placed right in front of the sea. It is a quite place, the pool is nice, there are markets nearby and bus station where you can take the bus to the city center. The receptionists are very kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you need. The room is very big, it consists of the bedroom, a small living and 2 balconies. I recommend booking taxi from the airport via the hotel, because it is a good price for the distance and ensures to get you to the hotel quickly.

The rooms and property well very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, peaceful and amazing scenery and sunsets right infront of you.

The tea and coffee facilities let the property down a bit and no choice of cold breakfasts.

Guests are required to order a breakfast by selecting foods from a list, hostesses serve breakfast by the swimming pool or in the room according to the guest desire. Room is equipped with all that a holidaymaker needs including a tv supporting local and satellite tv channels. Beach is located in front of the property including pebbles and concreted areas. The sea is clean and transparent.

Guys, if you want a room with a wonderful view on the sea, a pool downstairs and next to a side walk, beaches and cafés, this is where you should stay. This is place is so calming by its location, its view, the environment, etc.

Bottles of water would have been appreciated and more toilet paper. Besides that, all was perfect.
