Falkensteiner Hotel Adriana

Staff were amazing, couldn't have been nicer. Best staff I have ever encountered in my travels to many hotels across the world. Food was amazing, room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect, 45min walk to centre of Zadar, 8 mins by taxi. Hotel was right next to the beach and had plenty of pools and amenities. Overall, it is the only hotel i can say for sure I will be going back to again as I usually don't return to the same hotel twice but this is the exception.

Our stay at Hotel Adriana was exceptional, the staff from check-in to restaurant to room cleaners were lovely, professional and good fun. The food was first class as were the amenities, scenery and ambience. I cannot recommend a stay highly enough; it is simply a wonderful and romantic place to be with beautiful grounds, a superb beach as well as all the other creature comforts.

The staff was amazing, they were always ready to help you, at any time, with a smile! It was lovely to stay there! The food was ‘whaw’! It was delicious, it was from another level! De waitors were always very kind and quickly, and served us very well! The reception was also open 24/7, what a service! Housekeeping, did also a great job, were very kind and did everything with a smile!

The cleanliness of the rooms, the cleanliness of the toilets on the ground floor, the restaurant and the corridors is at an enviable level, I would especially praise and highlight Mrs. Kate who cleans, Marina from the restaurant and the maids who clean the rooms. The food was excellent and varied.The massage, also, was excellent.

It would be good for hotels to have their own beach.

The food was amazing, the staff were very helpful, the room was fantastic, the grounds were beautifully kept and the sea was a few minutes walk away

There was nothing we didn't like!

One of the best services by the staff I have ever experienced in a hotel and the food never disappointed, especially dinners. The room offered all needed facilities. The spa, indoor pool and tennis courts, located in the neighboring hotel, were good and the garden and pool, overlooking the sea, offered a relaxing setting. Would go again.

We were visiting early October. The central air conditioning was just set to heating mode, so we couldn't cool down the room, although it was still quite warm outside. The juice offered at breakfast could be better (ideally freshly pressed).

This is the vacation you want to have. This place is amazing. The staff is super helpful, facilities are great and the food...omg, the food! This is really the worth of money you invest in your vacation. The beach is just outside the garden, and the pool is few metres away from your room. And the restaurant - the place where you want to spend your time, write sth, draw, anything...picturesque.

There is no such a thing here! I think that everywhere you can finds sth, but just cannot find anything I can even say it was bellow average. Everything was great.

Not having a sea view room

The garden with the pool and all the greenery around it is truly amazing and peaceful. The outside dining area was also really nice and you really feel like you’re at home in your garden eating lunch. The food was spectacular and I think it’s probably the biggest strength of this hotel and other hotels in the chain. Everything was fresh, sometimes even homemade and plenty of variety. Parking was also really close, free and had some sun protection for the cars. All in all if you’re looking to relax this is a good spot.

The bed was simply too tiny for two people and me and the wife are regularly sized 😀 The hotel definitely doesn’t look like it’s a 4 star hotel - you can see that this is an old building and they just masked it very well. The AC is above the bed and your head so you can’t leave it running over night unless you wanna get a headache. For the price they could have included some free stuff from the pool bar and a free massage 😁

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Don’t be put off by some of the other negative reviews, this place is a gem. Great staff, great location on the ocean, and a great pool. The six course dinner is worth a special mention, quality food with great service.

Unfortunately the breakfast did not have the same high standard as the dinner.
