Rooms were clean, bathrooms look like they have been renovated recently - all in all, a comfortable place to stay and a good location close to a beach

I’d recommend updating their external signage as it probably doesn’t give the hotel the best possible impression

The staff was excellent and took care of us. Our room had a deck overlooking the garden which we loved. The location of the hotel was easy to find and parking was also easy right in front. It is a small hotel but nonetheless provided us with a good breakfast.

The hotel is in an older building and thus has no elevator. The room was somewhat small and the shower was tempramental.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They cook you eggs on order and after the first day when we ordered eggs they would ask us every morning whether we wanted eggs again, great attention to detail! The location was also excellent, less than a five minute walk to three of the best beaches in the Zadar area. Also, the bathrooms were newly renovated and felt very fresh.

The restaurant seating area was full of bees that constantly went to you and your food. Luckily, we managed to find one area indoors that was free of bees. Also, the breakfast was good but in the last half hour when things started running out they weren't topped up so sometimes (for us who are not early birds) we were left with some leftovers or things had run out completely.

We had booked a boat trip on the day of the departure and were able to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out and also leave the car parked for that day at the hotel´s parking lot. This was great and we were happy to get this customer service.

At breakfast there was still a lot of plastic. Hopefully it is all recicled.

Nice family run hotel, super friendly staff, great breakfast & outdoor eating area. Quiet at night which is a must for us. Location was ideal, minutes from the beach or an Uber to the old town. Lots of choice of restaurant nearby, never had a bad meal.

Nothing at all to criticise

Perfect place if you want get some rest, close to few beaches restaurants and bars supermarket just 2 minute walk from the hotel. Amazing breakfast lots of choices, very nice and kind stuff, the room was clean with a lovely balcony. If you want to go to the old town is 40/50 min walk or you can get a bus, but the public transport are not great at all.

Comfortable beds and pillows, close to the beach, friendly personnel, changed the towels everyday and the sheets on the 3rd day.

A bit shabby, not enough electric sockets in the room, minimum quantity of shower gel and shampoo.

Very nice breakfast, spacious room with a charming little balcony , the beaches were at the vicinity, although we have visited other beaches too.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We felt super welcome in the hotel. The hotel was simple but charming, breakfast had good quality products and fresh fruits.
