Excellent location, very good sea and a lot of space to swim. Extremely friendly staff.

Too many people, very noisy, and German management should think about to construct second elevator for such building 2, that is long and hosts small kids, because alone elevator was broken during our staying with my disabled daughter, using wheelchair.

I liked the pool, sunbeds and sunshades in the garden. The sandy beach is easily accessible from the hotel garden. Very good breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the room at the top floor with an exceptional sea view. The staff has managed to fulfill my extra wish from the booking request. The seagulls at the hotel roof are funny.

The meals at the snack bar are repetitive. Missing the good ice cream which was served in the years before. It's little bit overpriced. Unfortunately at half of the stay I got sick either from the sea water, pool water or food. I got the exact same sickness last year at the same hotel. I read it in the local news that some virus was found at the Borik sandy beach. Unfortunately the hotel staff didn't make us aware of this. Since it's the second year in row I got sick there, I assume there is a longterm problem at the location.

Overall was a good resort and we enjoyed time spent there. - The team of the kids club was very engaging with such a positive vibe. They were always organizing activities. They had a kids playroom so parents had the chance to relax a bit -Swimming pool - not huge but nice - Variety of food - Staff in general was nice

-Drinks in all inclusive were very poor quality- they use very cheap alcohol. For better ones you had to pay. Was told from one there that the cocktails used to be done manually one by one (example mojito) but in June they started using ready ones with the machine... such a pity! - our refrigerator was not working. They did not manage to fix during our short stay... it was a prob for us as we could not store the milk or water for the night... We got a lower price in June compared to July. I would not choose this resort with July's prices.. if I have to spend that much would rather go for a place in Croatia where there is a beautiful beach as well. The beach here was nothing special and not that clean...

Lovely fresh food, varied daily, Good range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Kids loved the pool with slide, luckily the weather was still warm, despite it being end of October. The warm indoor/outdoor pool was lovely too (the pool with slide was unheated but kids didn't mind). Arrived just after midday and check-in wasnt supposed to until 2 or 3pm but our room was available so we could check in which was a bonus. There was the option of late check-out for a fee but we didnt need to use this.

When we were checked in, we were not given any information about meal times / pools / spa and were not given wristbands either. We ended up having to go back to reception and spoke to another member of staff who apologised and gave us our wristbands and provided us with the information about the hotel

This hotel has great facilities for families - from games area, pool table, relaxation area for the whole family to small children's playcentre. Rooms are nice, modern and spacious. The restaurant is big and offers amazing choice of food and the biggest bonus - all drinks are included! Juices, water and even beer and wine on tap. Service is amazing, all staff are very helpful and kind. We got two separate rooms and one of the rooms was upgraded upon arrival. That was a nice surprise. :) After we settled, we decided to go and relax in the pool area. That was not a nice surprise! There were at least 80 people inside and seeing there was no chance of getting a single deck chair or relax, we asked the lady at the reception what the deal was. She suggested we go to sauna area to enjoy the jacuzzi instead. The minute we walked in and found our space, we saw two naked guys walk past (ofc, it's an ADULT only area!). We were furious they would suggest for us to be there with a 12 year old! We made a complaint about the pool facilities organisation and the fact that we would most likely not be able to use the pool as a family during our whole stay, the reception manager apologised saying the hotel was overbooked and they "didn't know it was going to be that busy". They offered us our money back if we decided to leave, or lunch bracelets to use during our stay and on the day of the check out. We decided on lunch option considering we were already there. That was an extremely nice gesture, and that alone would make us go back there again. In the end we actually managed to have a great family break. We organised ourselves a little bit different - we made attempts at the pool, and sometimes we would even get in (at the time of small kids' naps :D) and other times, our 12 year old daughter would be in a relax lounge with her phone or a book and complimentary tea whilst we visited sauna area briefly with our grown up daugther.

Indoor swimming pool area is nice BUT VERY CROWDED. Too crowded! Not enough deck chairs. We visited at the beginning of January and it was CHAOS at the pool. So much so they had to get someone to control how many people enter.

I loved the animation and that the sea is really close to the hotel. Snack bar during the day is also great! We asked to get a room with balcony and they actually gave us an upgrade because they didn't have any left; on the images of our initial room there was a balcony but not all rooms had it.

The hotel could do with some maintenance. And there was no ice cream at the premises during the day.

Buffet was absolutely great. Nice pool, plenty of space in the relaxing areas around the pool. I was hesitant to book the hotel because I expected many loud kids. There were many families indeed but since the pool area is so big you can easily find a calm area to relax. Room was nice, free mini bar.

Direct hotel beach is quite ugly even but just turn right walk for 1 min and you face a really nice area with pine trees and small and very clean beaches.

Great hotel. Staff were all incredibly helpful, from check in all the way to check out. Food was plentiful and drinks were good. Lots for kids to do with a full programme, the falky team didn't stop from breakfast till 2100. Heated pool and large Spa. Both very nice. Luka, Sabina, teodora and the big bald guy who's name I didn't get 😂 in the the bar were very friendly and a credit to the hotel. Patric on the snack bar was great and Zoran in Bora travel internal to the hotel was also a pleasure to do business with regarding airport transfers and Krka. Mate on reception was very helpful on checking out also. Nothing was too much trouble.

Maybe some ice cream for the kids at dinner. But I'm sure it may be available in the Warmer months.

Our vacation would have been better if not everyone in the family got sick. We saw many children also vomiting, obviously there is a problem with some virus in the hotel, or there is a problem with the cleanliness of the sea.. The hotel would have to do something about this!

Amazing attention towards guests- specially from Mr Toni Tadić. Overall we had a pleasantful time, good food, excellent weather and peaceful vacations.

My daughter got stomach infection and spent two days pretty ill due to lack of hygiene of some food at the swimming pool bar. However we remain extremely satisfied with our vacations.
