Skyline Hotel & Waterpark

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Great location. The staff was nice and professional.

No laundry room. TV in bunk room didn’t work. We had loud neighbors and had to move to another room. No microwave in room.

Was the supreme Falls experience. Right on the strip where the action is. Staff were friendly. Not saying it was a luxury place but it fit into exactly what we wanted.

I choose this hotel because of the location, we don't need to use the car to go to visit the main attraction and the tourist's main area of Niagara Falls.

The room is a little dark from my point of view. the View from the windows is for a kind of lob, but it's not too impressive. the room smells weird, maybe because of the carpet. I paid more than what was stated on booking.com. When questioning this, the employee informed me that the site does not consider other fees such as hotel fees, parking, etc.

Easy access to the Waterpark, which were enjoyed muliple times. Was nice to be able to come and go as pleased without having to pay each time. Within walking distance to the Falls, Clifton Hill attractions. It was clean inside & out. Close to the Casino for those who enjoy that. The Courtyards were nice to go and sit and enjoy family time when there are extended family or friends in your group.

Designate a different area for smokers. Out front where we have to walk by to go to the falls is a bit of a turnoff when all you smell is cigarettes and marijuana. Underground parking is very tight to maneuver in when you have a pickup truck or large vehicle.

Great location, staff was friendly, room was clean and air conditioning worked great!

Our only complaint really was the water park itself, we went with a 12 year old and a 10 year old, it seemed every day the age for swimming in the pool was different. My 10 year old is a stronger swimmer than most, and kept being whistled at for being farther than a “high fives” length away from us. I have no complaints about the property!!!

I like the location and the fact that there is a walkway that connect both the hotel and the water park. I like that the parking is free and most specially, I like the location as its a short walk to the Niagara tourist spots.

I do not like that we can only check in at 4:00 pm and check out the following day at 11:00 am. The water park is amazing, I just hope that the water does not have so much chlorine.

Stayed 15 years ago with my 10 yr old daughter & 3 friends for Birthday celebration. Haha a great time then, and again 10 yrs later with 2 more friends. Staff were great, accommodating & polite. Hotel has been updated, refurbished over the years and deserves to be 4 Stars!! Location is Fantastic, next door to the Water Park and Casino.......parking free!! Can’t beat that❣️🇨🇦

Everything great for the price!! I was very lucky as the weather cooperated too lol.

although we got there at peak check in time, we were helped fairly quickly. i always found parking in the nearest parking lot (behind the hotel) and most of all, the 6 people room was bigger than expected which was wonderful as we had a lot of space to move around. OH AND THEY PUT A HAPPY BDAY SIGN ON THE DOOR since we were there for a bday. i really appreciate that. it was a great surprise for the bday girl

the common use microwave was disgusting. perhaps leave wipes next to it so people can clean before/after they use it?

I liked the comfy beds pillows I liked the open spaces lounges for people to sit or relax or sociize I liked the indoor waterpark. I liked how the parking was.

I didn't like how the wavepools waves were not very good. They didn't have enough for little little ones therefore they made to many rules for everyone else. I didn't like the food at the waterpark at all they need real food . I think they should change the carpeted lounge areas to vinyl flooring.

I really like the location and the water park facility. also it was comfortable.

the facility doesn’t have outside wash rooms, and the maintenance workers are not cooperative. While we arrived the hotel, there was line up and the customer service was very busy unfortunately my wife and kids were looking outside washrooms but there can’t find even one and they asked the maintenance workers to use one of the available hotel rooms but they refused. the good thing one of the hotel guests offered her room . we thank for her understanding.
