7 Nights Stay

Room amenities were great - fridge and microwave, sofa chair, desk chair and separate table that could be moved easily, bathtub with shower and sink PLUS a surprise heart-shaped jacuzzi that apparently came with the hot tub upgrade...tub filled up all the way with hot water, didn't run out. Beds had lights on each side with an outlet and there was an adjustable air conditioner in the room. Clean, spacious room, TV with some cable channels. Excellent location - quiet and out of the way, some fast food nearby if necessary, but nice and close to Lundy's Lane and to Clifton Hills.

Curtains weren't quite large enough for the windows that looked out on the parking lot behind the hotel so there was a crack that was only covered by the sheer windows and not the blackout ones. Problematic as the room was on the first floor. When you turned the bathroom light on the fan came on too which was noisy and could be annoying. For the bed, they didn't use a fitted sheet on the bottom and instead used a top one so it kept coming out and had to be tucked back in. The front desk didn't explain which Wi-Fi to connect to when I got there so I had to go back and ask about it and even once I was connecting it kept disconnecting from my phone and sometimes had trouble sending WhatsApp messages quickly - computer Wi-Fi was pretty good though.

The check in process was easy and quick. Parking area is well lit, convenience factor is high because you can unload from your vehicle right to your door, and the parking is free. The room was large, with a small closet, desk, cupboard, mini fridge, microwave, etc. We found the beds to be comfortable, quite soft. We asked for extra pillows and our request was fulfilled. We also asked for permission to leave our vehicle parked in the front lot for a few hours after we checked out and that request was fulfilled too, so on the whole very accommodating.

For the reasonably low price you pay, the room is definitely decent. It is not fancy and it is not brand new, you will see some wear and tear around the edges, the bathroom was a bit outdated, towels are rough, etc.

This is a family business. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. They were kind to upgrade us from the Queen Room we booked to one that had a king size bed. The room we were given was spacious. There was laminate flooring throughout, the seemingly new furnishings were modern and overall, the room was clean. The water pressure of the shower was strong and the heating system kept us warm. I cannot comment on the air conditioning since we stayed there in December. We did not have any issues with the WiFi. I cannot stress enough how the location of this establishment is ideal. You can easily walk to the main attractions of Niagara such as the lively Clifton Hill and the spectacular Falls. It took only a few short minutes. Wonderful and less stressful not needing to drive there since traffic can be quite congested and parking difficult to find, especially on the weekend. Unlike some properties, this hotel did not charge for parking.

This establishment is a work in progress, however, it seems to be going in the right direction. I still recommend and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Close proximity to everything. Walking distance to the falls and clifton hill.. situated between marineland and clifton hill.

The mattresses are not the most comfortable, but after a long day of fun with the kids, it didn't matter, fell asleep so quickly

The room was very quiet and the beds were so comfortable! A short walk from the Clifton Hill area and there was ample parking. The coffee in the morning in the breakfast area is actually good, and the refrigerator and microwave in the room were very convenient. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, friendly and helpful. Great for our short stay, we got just what we were expecting, only more with the very comfortable mattresses!

It would have been nice to maybe have some kind of glassware or disposable cups in the room, and also maybe some facial tissue instead of just toilet paper. Water pressure could have been a bit stronger.

Renovated clean rooms. Friendly staff. We travelled with a 2 month old so they helped us with a crib and an electric kettle as well at the last moment. Breakfast was okay but had all basic things to kick-start the day. The location is good and is just 10-15 minute walk from all major attractions. Free parking on site was a plus.

Nothing much to mention here. They mentioned that they are halfway through the renovation so it will be interesting to see what additional amenities they come up with.

Personally speaking, the receptionist is very kind. When I ask for the kettle and plastic cups, he does the order right away. Room is spacious considering for a solo. Not the closest accommodation to the fall views but it makes them the advantage here since you just need to walk 1-2km to the view without paying the parking (of course someone would argue that if you live along the fall views then you don't need to walk too much, but please consider cost-effectiveness)

The only thing that I think they can improve is the mattress. It is too soft.

Not too far of a walk to Clifton Hill. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Mini fridge and microwave were included. Parking right at the room door. Quick check in and out. Besides the things I didn't like.....this as a good place to stay. I will be staying here again.

The internet kept cutting out. Was not able to watch any cable tv. But we brought our fire stick so we just used the internet. No coffee/tea. No soap in bathroom. One of the lights didn't work. You can tell that they started doing some renovations but the are not complete.

The price is very good. It was very clean. The man at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Told us if we needed anything at all to just call no matter the time. I needed an extra blanket at 9:30 and he was here and with a pillow. Tv worked no hasel with the channel and remote, shower and bathroom very clean. The bed very comfortable. One thing for sure we will book here again next time we come down.

Nothing not to like, all was good but they should have coffee and a little coffee machine for the morning and a alarm clock or just a clock on the wall. The nice man did want to bring me one on the night before we left but I said it was ok... Yes I work go back again
