Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls

Hot tub was closed again this trip. Website needs to reflect this; we would have booked elsewhere as this was something we were really looking forward to.

Great clean room. Spacious and newly renovated tenth floor. We loved that it was in the heart of the main attractions. We could walk everywhere. We would book there again.

The outdoor pool wasn't private enough and it backs on to the parking lot where everyone can see you. Didn't feel comfortable to swim outdoors due to its location within the hotel

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The breakfast was conveniently-located in the attached restaurant and the omelette and egg station was great. The bed was comfortable and lots of towels and linens were provided.

Given the price for the accommodation itself, the parking fee was high. Although the hotel itself was very quiet, there was some street noise from some of the attractions and crowds. This hotel is located in the busy, carnival-like area of Niagara Falls, which is convenient for Clifton Hill games and rides, but a bit run down and dirty when compared to the hotels and restaurants closer to the falls themselves.

The room was clean. It's close to restaurants and the bus stop is right across the street. Uber drivers were always 1 min away. The nice part is that you can walk to most places you want to go to. The price was much better than staying near the casino.

The location of the room could be noisy at times. Room service in nearby rooms could be loud. They would slam doors going in and out of the rooms when cleaning. The noise subsided when housekeeping became aware that we were in our room. The location is not central to the casino area (fallasview) but it's walkable. I was surprised by the amount of people walking everywhere. There is also a WeGo stop right across the street which was convenient.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. We didn't expect to have any view, so seeing parking from a window was okay. If you are planning to stay for one night, with no luxury expectations, this will work. And I liked the shampoo, smelled good and was nice to my hair. Usually that stuff is not good at this type of hotels. But I would recommend adding one more set of toiletries in the shower, not just near the jacuzzi.

I found the piece of artificial nail in and near the button in the jacuzzi. Didn't plan to use jacuzzi anyway, it's 100 degrees outside, but more attention to cleanliness would be appreciated.

Located by a ton of restaurants and shops.. This is a very modern, clean and welcoming hotel property. If appears to have been recently updated, so the rooms, bathrooms, and lobby were all newly appointed. They have free guest wifi, smart TV in each room, and an attentive and prompt front desk and room service when we needed an extra blanket. The staff was helpful, well trained and courteous. They offer paid parking in their large parking lot,, hand out a parking stub you display on your dash. It was 23 CD. You can drive in and out as many times until you checkout. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. There is a small outdoor pool, but it was not available for use and had not been maintained for maybe over a year.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk to downtown Niagara Falls.

Location was really good, near almost everything. The room was newly renovated and smells like new. It was really nice that we were offered a room upgrade upon check in so we got a really nice room on the topmost floor. No view of the falls but it’s really nice that it’s in a more quiet area. Lots of restaurants across the street and even a Starbucks!

We can hear noise from next door. I think the noise insulation on the walls are not too great. Luckily our next door neighbors are not too loud. Lots of parking spots… but you have to pay extra.

The hotel is well maintained. We were offered a free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi, which was amazing. The staff members are always willing to help. I lost my glasses during the stay and I contacted them via customer service online and I had no hope that it would be found or my inquiry would have been taken seriously. To my surprise they kept me alert and found my glasses, thank you Syeed! I really appreciate it. I love how everything was nearby and accessible, a really amazing location. I would highly recommend and I can’t wait to visit again.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great location. We’re able to see the mist from the falls. It was a beautiful view of the skylines. Especially at night all lit up.

It’s a small complaint and it was the tub. Hoping for a relaxing bath and the plug would not stop the water from draining. Didn’t have a chance to get in the tub while it was draining. And the water pressure for the shower kept going in and out. But other then that no other complaints.

mid-renovation. The rooms are clean, modern and upgraded, and extremely clean. The giant jacuzzi soaker tub was a godsend after travelling all day. Considering other hotels in niagara cost twice as much, the price makes up for the lack of a view. Great location, just a couple blocks from Clifton Hill, virtually next door to the speedway. Not a lot of great restaurants around, but there’s not a lot of great restaurants in niagara anyway so that’s expected…though there is a Keg on site.
