Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

I love how close it is to the falls. We usually park our vehicle and unpack. And our vehicle doesn't move til we are leaving.

I think they need a little more than just waffles and cereal for breakfast. And if they are going to have just waffles, they need a couple more waffle makers. Waiting 20 mins to make your breakfast I feel is a little bit long.

Location, location and LOCATION! Everything was walking distance. Restaurants, casinos and most important the beautiful falls. There’s even a Walmart 15 minutes drive from this hotel. Lol

The sink was clogged, the room wasn’t properly cleaned. My garbage wasn’t picked up for three whole days. The air conditioner was only cool at night time and early morning, but as soonest the sun hit that window the room felt like a sauna. We only saw one housekeeper and that poor lady had so many rooms to clean on our 1st floor. Housekeeping needs HELP!

Excellent location! We walked everywhere and didn't have to worry a bit about finding a parking place. Easy walk to the Falls and Maid of The Mist and even across the bridge to Canada. Plenty of good places to eat nearby.

The space for personal care items by the sink is small. It would have been adequate if there were a towel bar in the area to hang up the hand towels and wash cloths. As it was, we had to put the towel on the counter. Not very hygienic because the towel just stayed wet. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. No eggs (except on Saturday), no oatmeal. No choice for a hot meal except standing in a long line to make your own waffle. And then, no tongs to remove the waffle? What were we supposed to do? The waffle batter was too thin as well, making a good outcome impossible. Very crowded area is a concern in these still-Covid times.

The rooms were very clean, the location was perfect & close to the Falls & the staff was always helpful! The rooms are super clean & spacious. The beds are so comfy! The location to the Falls was so great!! This hotel is honestly a great value for the cost!

The halls feel a bit dark. Yes they are clean....but the darkness of the hallways to your room feel a bit dark & makes it seem not as welcoming (the rooms are nice - so maybe light up the hallways so it seems more welcoming.) Also the breakfast is NOT great. It is not well staffed, it is not set up great for the amount of people tryung to eat....overall you need to hire a professional in food service to help you find the best way to appropriately set up a buffet style breakfast to serve the amount of people you have attending. 2 waffle makers for the hundreds of people attending is not sufficient.

it was clean and the checking in and out was seamless. The front staff was very friendly!

Everything was great with the stay except the woman that is down monitoring breakfast. she was extremely rude!! She made many different rude statements. a gentleman picked up a napkin on the floor, and the rude lady told him he was kind….(nice thing to say, right) then goes on to say that he was the only kind person there. everyone else could learn from him. she didn’t shut her mouth the whole time we were standing in line. super offensive

Check-in was very quick, they allowed me to park on property early pre check in which was great because parking is very limited on site, staff was very polite and acted professional. Walking distance to everything.

The building overall is seeing its age, run down in spots, walls cracking here and there, very dirty windows everywhere on the outside, the spa was closed and pool did not look that well maintained, The lounge never opened the entire night, a Friday. We wound up drinking cocktails off property. The entrance way near pool was disgusting, a gym bag of moldy things looks as if it was sitting there for several months, Our room overall was not bad with the exception of a broken door jam on the bathroom. At check out, there was a skunk after trash at 11am in parking lot because of the dumpster left there full.

Lovely rooms and attire , very spacious , very clean and nice smelling and great in room facilites including fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc . The staff members were amazing and I had the best night sleep in that bed that I’ve had in a very long time, great views from the floor aswell. Not to forget the hot tub and pool which relaxes me a lot

The breakfast was a bit limited and the luggage storage isn’t the safest system but works

Location was great. Close to the Falls and there was live music on the Friday night.

The beds have plastic undersheets which made the beds uncomfortable and noisy. Breakfast was very basic. The reception staff seemed tired and stressed, and consequently intolerant of some guest questions. A staff member also told us that room key cards are automatically reset at 11am forcing guests to get their key cards recoded, but this is blamed on cards being kept close to cell phones, etc.
